【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)社會的發(fā)展和進步,人類的生活水平、生活方式有了很大程度的提高和改進,但同時人類的工業(yè)活動也與自然環(huán)境發(fā)生了沖突,致使人居環(huán)境也發(fā)生了惡化。可持續(xù)發(fā)展觀念的提出,使人們在努力的提高自己的居住環(huán)境同時,更加重視了人、建筑與環(huán)境這三者之間的關(guān)系。為了使人類的建筑活動與自然環(huán)境之間的矛盾降到最小,生態(tài)建筑便得到了人們的廣泛認可和發(fā)展。 在人類整個居住環(huán)境中,學(xué)生公寓是一個特殊的建筑群體。隨著科教興國的戰(zhàn)略和高校的大規(guī)模擴招,學(xué)生公寓的建設(shè)量也在大幅度的增加,為了給學(xué)生營造一個良好的居住環(huán)境,所以學(xué)生公寓生態(tài)技術(shù)的發(fā)展應(yīng)用及其周圍環(huán)境的改善就有著重要的意義。 論文針對國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀學(xué)生公寓生態(tài)建筑理論及案例進行了學(xué)習(xí)研究,對目前哈爾濱高校學(xué)生公寓的建設(shè)特點和居住現(xiàn)狀做了詳細的統(tǒng)計和分析,結(jié)合哈爾濱地區(qū)的寒地氣候特點、地域文化特征和大學(xué)生的居住行為模式等背景因素,分析總結(jié)了哈爾濱地區(qū)高校學(xué)生公寓生態(tài)化設(shè)計發(fā)展的方向和策略為：利用自然氣候為主的設(shè)計原則和發(fā)揚地域文化特色的可持續(xù)發(fā)展觀,更加注重室內(nèi)生態(tài)文化的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。總結(jié)了未來高校學(xué)生公寓發(fā)展的總趨勢。 最后論文還針對東北林業(yè)大學(xué)研究生公寓的生態(tài)化建設(shè)與改造進行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計分析。從公寓的規(guī)劃布局、室內(nèi)空間環(huán)境、人文環(huán)境和建筑美學(xué)四個層面提出了與哈爾濱氣候條件特征、地域文化特征相符合的幾項“適宜技術(shù)”的生態(tài)設(shè)計策略,強調(diào)了生態(tài)建筑的特殊性——可普及性。 哈爾濱高校學(xué)生公寓生態(tài)化設(shè)計發(fā)展的研究具有理論和實踐的雙重意義,希望通過本論文的系統(tǒng)的探討,完善高校學(xué)生公寓生態(tài)設(shè)計的理論體系,為以哈爾濱高校為代表的寒地高校學(xué)生公寓的建設(shè)和改造提供幫助,切實改善學(xué)生的居住環(huán)境。并對其他地區(qū)的生態(tài)學(xué)生公寓的建設(shè)發(fā)展起到參考作用。
[Abstract]:With the development and progress of industrial society, the living standard and lifestyle of human beings have been greatly improved, but at the same time, the industrial activities of human beings have also conflicted with the natural environment, resulting in the deterioration of human living environment. The concept of sustainable development has made people pay more attention to the relationship among people, architecture and environment in order to improve their living environment. In order to minimize the contradiction between human architectural activities and natural environment, ecological architecture has been widely recognized and developed. In the whole human living environment, student apartment is a special building group. With the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the large-scale enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the construction of student apartments is also increasing by a large margin. In order to create a good living environment for students, Therefore, the development and application of the ecological technology of student apartment and the improvement of its surrounding environment are of great significance. This paper studies the theory and case of ecological building of excellent student apartment at home and abroad, and makes detailed statistics and analysis on the characteristics of construction and living status of student apartment in Harbin university. Combined with the cold climate characteristics, regional cultural characteristics and the residential behavior of college students in Harbin, and other background factors, This paper analyzes and summarizes the development direction and strategy of the ecological design of college students' apartment in Harbin area as follows: utilizing the design principle of natural climate and carrying forward the sustainable development view of regional cultural characteristics. Pay more attention to the sustainable development of indoor ecological culture. This paper summarizes the general trend of the development of college students' apartments in the future. Finally, the paper analyzes the ecological construction and transformation of the graduate apartment of Northeast Forestry University. From four aspects of apartment layout, indoor space environment, humanistic environment and architectural aesthetics, several ecological design strategies of "suitable technology" are put forward, which are consistent with Harbin's climatic conditions and regional cultural characteristics. It emphasizes the particularity of ecological building-popularization. The research on the ecological design of college students' apartments in Harbin has both theoretical and practical significance. It is hoped that the theoretical system of ecological design of college students' apartments will be perfected through the systematic discussion in this paper. It can provide help for the construction and transformation of student apartment in cold area, which is represented by Harbin university, and improve the living environment of students. And the construction and development of other areas of ecological student apartment play a reference role.
