【摘要】：學(xué)習(xí)期望，不僅影響著大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)熱情和學(xué)習(xí)參與度，也影響著他們學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)的達成，只有現(xiàn)實的大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)情況與大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)期望相符才會促成其較好的學(xué)習(xí)收獲，長遠的甚至影響到他們今后的職業(yè)生涯。我國已有研究多關(guān)注外界對于大學(xué)生的期望，對大學(xué)生為主體的期望、特別是學(xué)習(xí)期望關(guān)注很少。 本研究結(jié)合運用教育學(xué)與心理學(xué)，提出學(xué)習(xí)期望的概念，以期望理論、大學(xué)影響力模型為理論基礎(chǔ)，通過對華中科技大學(xué)和文華學(xué)院大學(xué)生進行問卷調(diào)查和訪談，探究大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)“期望”與學(xué)習(xí)收獲“現(xiàn)實”之間的距離，，并以年級和院校為變量研究不同大學(xué)生群體的學(xué)習(xí)期望和學(xué)習(xí)收獲。結(jié)果表明：大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)期望和學(xué)習(xí)收獲在年級和院校上存在顯著差異，同時證實了大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)期望對大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)收獲有顯著的預(yù)測作用。在數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計基礎(chǔ)上，從個人因素和外部因素兩方面探討大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)期望形成及產(chǎn)生差異的原因：個人因素主要包括人口學(xué)特征（性別、生源地）、家庭背景（家庭社會經(jīng)濟背景、父母受教育程度）、入學(xué)前經(jīng)歷；外部因素主要包括高校經(jīng)驗（院校內(nèi)部環(huán)境、社會性人際互動）和社會環(huán)境。 本文提出通過構(gòu)建和實現(xiàn)學(xué)習(xí)期望提升大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)收獲的對策建議：重視和把握大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)期望，改善新生教育和指導(dǎo)；開展期望教育，幫助大學(xué)生合理構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)期望；創(chuàng)造不同群體大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)期望實現(xiàn)的條件；進行大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)期望和實現(xiàn)情況的跟蹤指導(dǎo)；促使大學(xué)生、家長以及社會對大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)期望的構(gòu)建和實現(xiàn)發(fā)揮積極作用。
[Abstract]:Learning expectation not only affects the students' learning enthusiasm and learning participation, but also affects their learning goals. Only the actual university learning situation and the college students' learning expectation will contribute to their better study harvest, and even affect their career career in the future. For college students' expectations, there is little concern for college students' expectations, especially learning expectations.
Combined with the use of pedagogy and psychology, the concept of learning expectation is put forward. Based on the theory of expectation and the model of University influence, this study explores the distance between the "expectation" of the college students and the "reality" of the students through a questionnaire survey and interviews with the college students of Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Wenhua college. The results show that there are significant differences in college students' learning expectations and learning gains in grades and colleges, and that college students' learning expectations have a significant predictive effect on College Students' learning gains. The two aspects of the Ministry factors are the reasons for the formation and difference of College Students' learning expectations: personal factors mainly include demographic characteristics (sex, birthplace), family background (family socioeconomic background, parents' education level), pre school experience, and external factors mainly including college experience (internal environment, social interpersonal interaction) and social society. Environment.
This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve college students' learning gains through the construction and Realization of learning expectations: to pay attention to and grasp the students' learning expectations, to improve the new education and guidance, to carry out the expected education, to help the college students to build their learning expectations reasonably, to create the conditions for the realization of the students' expectations of different groups of students, and to carry out the study of college students. The guidance and guidance of expectation and implementation can help college students, parents and society play an active role in the construction and Realization of College Students' learning expectation.
