【摘要】：特色辦學(xué)是新時(shí)期國(guó)家對(duì)大學(xué)辦學(xué)提出的更高要求,它不但符合教育發(fā)展的內(nèi)在規(guī)律,而且是大學(xué)在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中保持生命力的源泉。在自主招生制度之下,學(xué)校和學(xué)生之間優(yōu)化匹配,做到強(qiáng)強(qiáng)聯(lián)合,相得益彰。反過(guò)來(lái),大學(xué)特色辦學(xué)也適應(yīng)了學(xué)生的心理和思維特點(diǎn),是充分體現(xiàn)學(xué)生個(gè)性的適應(yīng)性辦學(xué)。這種情況下,學(xué)校和學(xué)生之間達(dá)到了一種“雙贏”的狀態(tài)。大學(xué)招收到適合本校特色的人才就可以推動(dòng)大學(xué)進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)教學(xué)改革,有利于特色辦學(xué)。本文采用多種研究方法,在對(duì)自主招生制度和大學(xué)特色辦學(xué)已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒國(guó)外大學(xué)自主招生和特色辦學(xué)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),探討我國(guó)自主招生制度和大學(xué)特色辦學(xué)二者關(guān)系,提出若干新觀點(diǎn)和建議。筆者認(rèn)為,特色辦學(xué)包括三個(gè)層面：一是特色從無(wú)到有的轉(zhuǎn)變；二是從特色不鮮明到特色鮮明的發(fā)展；三是大學(xué)反思、探索如何利用本校特色去培養(yǎng)一些具有特色的、創(chuàng)新型、素質(zhì)精良的人才。在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者強(qiáng)調(diào)指出,提高高等教育質(zhì)量是自主招生和大學(xué)特色辦學(xué)的終極目標(biāo)；擴(kuò)大高校辦學(xué)自主權(quán)是自主招生和特色辦學(xué)的共同訴求；大學(xué)理想和使命是走自主招生與特色辦學(xué)之路的的備忘錄；創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)是自主招生與特色辦學(xué)形成良性循環(huán)的內(nèi)動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:The characteristic school running is the higher request to the university in the new period. It not only accords with the inherent law of the development of education, but also is the source of the university's vitality in the fierce competition. Under the independent enrollment system, schools and students between the optimization of matching, to achieve a strong combination, complement each other. On the other hand, the characteristic school also adapts to the students' psychological and thinking characteristics, which fully reflects the students' personality. In this case, the school and the students to achieve a "win-win" state. Recruiting talents suitable for the university can promote the teaching reform and help the university to run the school with its own characteristics. On the basis of the existing research on the independent enrollment system and the university characteristic school running, this paper discusses the relationship between the independent enrollment system and the university characteristic school running in our country by using the experience of foreign universities for reference. Some new viewpoints and suggestions are put forward. The author thinks that the characteristic school has three levels: one is the change of the characteristic from scratch; the other is the development from the characteristic to the distinctive; the third is the reflection of the university to explore how to use the characteristics of the school to cultivate some distinctive and innovative. A person of good quality. On this basis, the author emphatically points out that improving the quality of higher education is the ultimate goal of independent enrollment and university running with characteristics, expanding the autonomy of running school is the common demand of independent enrollment and characteristic running. The ideal and mission of the university is the memorandum of independent enrollment and characteristic running school, and the cultivation of innovative talents is the internal motive force of forming the virtuous circle between the independent enrollment and the characteristic running school.
