高校類型分類標準的重構(gòu)與定位

【摘要】:目前我國高校類型分類與定位是教學(xué)型、教學(xué)研究型、研究教學(xué)型和研究型。這一依據(jù)科研的多少而進行的分類與定位有違教育規(guī)律,誤導(dǎo)高等學(xué)校對科研的追逐而影響到人才培養(yǎng),甚至動搖人才培養(yǎng)的核心地位。這種高校分類與定位影響到我國完善高效的高等教育體系的構(gòu)建。在高等教育即將進入新的發(fā)展時期之際,對高等學(xué)校類型分類標準進行解構(gòu)與建構(gòu)勢在必行。高等學(xué)校類型的分類應(yīng)該依據(jù)高等學(xué)校人才培養(yǎng)的類型進行劃分,即研究型、應(yīng)用型和技能型,進一步劃分為研究型Ⅰ和研究型Ⅱ,應(yīng)用型Ⅰ和應(yīng)用型Ⅱ,技能型Ⅰ、技能型Ⅱ和技能型Ⅲ。國家對高校定位既要予以引導(dǎo),又要予以必要的控制。
[Abstract]:At present, the classification and orientation of university types in China are teaching type, teaching research type, research teaching type and research type. This classification and orientation based on the number of scientific research is contrary to the law of education and misleads the pursuit of scientific research in institutions of higher learning which affects the cultivation of talents and even shakes the core position of the cultivation of talents.
