通識(shí)教育課程內(nèi)容體系構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:高等教育課程內(nèi)容的改革是決定高等教育成敗的關(guān)鍵性因素,通識(shí)教育是高等教育改革的突破口,通識(shí)教育課程內(nèi)容的改革是通識(shí)教育發(fā)展的核心。受高等教育歷史發(fā)展因素的影響,,通識(shí)教育課程改革的理論基礎(chǔ)跟不上社會(huì)多元化的趨勢(shì),致使高等教育滯后于教育和社會(huì)發(fā)展的需求。在上世紀(jì)九十年代我國(guó)學(xué)者引進(jìn)了國(guó)外的通識(shí)教育(主要以美國(guó)為主)理念與教育模式的同時(shí),我國(guó)學(xué)者也提出了文化素質(zhì)教育,以期對(duì)我國(guó)高等教育改革提供一種思路。文化素質(zhì)教育和通識(shí)教育盡管有一些區(qū)別,但是其理念和教育內(nèi)容具有一致性,因此本文的把文化素質(zhì)教育涵蓋在通識(shí)教育的概念中。通過分析通識(shí)教育課程內(nèi)容的必要性,以人性陶冶為主的自由教育及地位的缺失,以培養(yǎng)科學(xué)人才為主的高等教育觀念及其反思,以培養(yǎng)“全人”為主的通識(shí)教育的回歸和日臻完善;提出通識(shí)教育課程內(nèi)容的改革符合高等教育發(fā)展的規(guī)律,是通識(shí)教育課程改革的基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)也是創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)的基礎(chǔ);诖朔治鐾ㄗR(shí)教育課程內(nèi)容改革的理論基礎(chǔ)是赫欽斯的高等教育思想理論,赫氏的通識(shí)教育探討的是解決高等教育面臨的內(nèi)憂外患的問題,高等教育的外部威脅和內(nèi)部混亂造成了高等教育對(duì)真理追求的迷失和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的下滑。他提出了永恒主義教育的學(xué)習(xí),永恒主義教育和經(jīng)典名著計(jì)劃是通識(shí)教育理論的重要內(nèi)容。其提出通識(shí)教育理論對(duì)當(dāng)下的國(guó)內(nèi)高等教育通識(shí)教育課程內(nèi)容改革具有理論指導(dǎo)意義。在赫氏理論的指導(dǎo)下,通過比較分析國(guó)內(nèi)外綜合院校和理工科院校的通識(shí)教育課程理念、課程模式和通識(shí)教育課程內(nèi)容的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和存在的問題,提出通識(shí)教育課程內(nèi)容的構(gòu)建體系。通識(shí)教育課程內(nèi)容的基本架構(gòu)則是通識(shí)教育課程內(nèi)容的本土文明與外來文化的結(jié)合;通識(shí)教育課程內(nèi)容需要遵循一定的邏輯性以及原著課程和概論課程的合理分配,在這種思路指導(dǎo)下,構(gòu)建以本土文明的經(jīng)典著作為主干,外來文化的經(jīng)典著作和國(guó)際與社會(huì)生活問題研究為輔的通識(shí)教育課程內(nèi)容體系。
[Abstract]:The reform of higher education curriculum content is the key factor to determine the success or failure of higher education, general education is the breakthrough of higher education reform, and the reform of general education curriculum content is the core of the development of general education. Influenced by the historical development of higher education, the theoretical foundation of the curriculum reform of general education can not keep up with the trend of social pluralism, which causes higher education to lag behind the demand of education and social development. In the 1990s, Chinese scholars introduced the foreign general education (mainly the United States) concept and educational model, at the same time, our scholars also put forward the cultural quality education, in order to provide a way of thinking for the reform of our higher education. Although there are some differences between cultural quality education and general education, their concepts and contents are consistent, so this paper covers cultural quality education in the concept of general education. Through the analysis of the necessity of the general education curriculum, the free education based on human nature and the lack of status, the higher education concept and its reflection of cultivating scientific talents are discussed. The article points out that the reform of the general education curriculum conforms to the law of the development of higher education, is the foundation of the general education curriculum reform, and is also the foundation of the cultivation of innovative talents. Based on this analysis, the theoretical foundation of general education curriculum reform is Hechins' thought theory of higher education, and Hershey's general education is to solve the problems of internal and external problems faced by higher education. The external threats and internal chaos of higher education lead to the loss of the pursuit of truth and the decline of the quality of talent training. He put forward the study of Eternity Education, the Eternity Education and the Classical masterpiece Plan are the important contents of the general education theory. The theory of general education is of theoretical significance to the reform of the curriculum content of general education in higher education in China. Under the guidance of Hershey's theory, through comparative analysis of the general education curriculum concept, the curriculum model and the general education curriculum contents of the comprehensive colleges and universities of science and engineering at home and abroad, the experience and existing problems are analyzed. The construction system of general education curriculum content is put forward. The basic framework of the general education curriculum content is the combination of the native civilization and foreign culture of the general education curriculum content, and the general education curriculum content should follow certain logic and the reasonable distribution of the original book curriculum and the introduction course. Under the guidance of this train of thought, the main body of classical works of local civilization, the classical works of foreign culture and the study of international and social life problems, the content system of general education curriculum should be constructed.
