【摘要】：全面建設(shè)現(xiàn)代后勤是黨中央、中央軍委和胡主席對(duì)軍隊(duì)后勤系統(tǒng)提出的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，是當(dāng)前和今后一個(gè)時(shí)期我軍后勤建設(shè)的中心任務(wù)。全面建設(shè)現(xiàn)代后勤行為文化是全面建設(shè)現(xiàn)代后勤的直接引領(lǐng)，是全面建設(shè)現(xiàn)代后勤文化的重要內(nèi)容，現(xiàn)代后勤行為文化的創(chuàng)新有力地推動(dòng)了全面建設(shè)現(xiàn)代后勤的偉大實(shí)踐。 全面建設(shè)現(xiàn)代后勤文化是一個(gè)由現(xiàn)代后勤物質(zhì)文化、精神文化、制度文化、環(huán)境文化、行為文化等諸多方面共同組成的文化體系，其中現(xiàn)代后勤行為文化是一切先進(jìn)后勤文化被充分執(zhí)行的具體呈現(xiàn)，是連接精神、物質(zhì)、制度等文化概念與具體實(shí)踐活動(dòng)之間的橋梁。必須以強(qiáng)烈的文化自覺、文化創(chuàng)新意識(shí)，對(duì)現(xiàn)代后勤行為文化的本質(zhì)、規(guī)律、特點(diǎn)、現(xiàn)狀加以總結(jié)、分析、創(chuàng)新、發(fā)展。多年來，全面建設(shè)現(xiàn)代后勤行為文化取得可喜成果，但也存在著后勤行為文化發(fā)展水平與全面建設(shè)現(xiàn)代后勤偉大實(shí)踐對(duì)其要求不相適應(yīng)的基本矛盾。要加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)代后勤行為文化建設(shè)，培育“聽黨的話，忠于使命”的行為本能；培育“兵馬未動(dòng)，糧草先行”的尚武精神；培育嚴(yán)守法紀(jì)，培育遵循秩序的行為習(xí)慣；培育緊密團(tuán)結(jié)、科學(xué)協(xié)作的戰(zhàn)斗作風(fēng)；培育崇尚榮譽(yù)、奮勇爭(zhēng)先的行為操守；培育艱苦奮斗，勇于獻(xiàn)身的犧牲精神；創(chuàng)造投入較少，效益較高的行為績(jī)效；培育與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，開拓創(chuàng)新的意志品格。 要科學(xué)選擇加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)代后勤行為文化建設(shè)路徑：強(qiáng)化先進(jìn)軍事文化強(qiáng)軍意識(shí)，培育現(xiàn)代后勤文化自覺和文化自強(qiáng)，確保后勤官兵自覺走先進(jìn)文化強(qiáng)軍育人之路；圍繞現(xiàn)代后勤精神文化創(chuàng)新和教育，構(gòu)建具有我軍現(xiàn)代后勤特色的價(jià)值理念體系，確保后勤官兵忠誠(chéng)于黨、獻(xiàn)身使命的行為本能；圍繞現(xiàn)代后勤道德文化創(chuàng)新和教育，構(gòu)建具有現(xiàn)代后勤特色的道德規(guī)范體系，確保后勤官兵在新時(shí)期道德行為的適應(yīng)性和先進(jìn)性；圍繞現(xiàn)代后勤制度文化創(chuàng)新和教育，構(gòu)建與現(xiàn)代后勤發(fā)展規(guī)律相適應(yīng)的行為運(yùn)行機(jī)制，確保后勤官兵行為嚴(yán)守法紀(jì)、堅(jiān)守規(guī)矩；加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)代后勤科技文化創(chuàng)新和教育，構(gòu)建與現(xiàn)代后勤發(fā)展相適應(yīng)的科學(xué)技術(shù)和人才隊(duì)伍支撐體系，確保現(xiàn)代后勤官兵行為的高效率；圍繞現(xiàn)代后勤行為文化評(píng)價(jià)創(chuàng)新和教育，構(gòu)建與現(xiàn)代后勤發(fā)展相適應(yīng)的行為評(píng)價(jià)體系，確保對(duì)后勤官兵行為獎(jiǎng)懲鮮明有力；圍繞現(xiàn)代后勤宣傳文化創(chuàng)新和教育，構(gòu)建與現(xiàn)代后勤發(fā)展相適應(yīng)的文化氛圍，確保后勤官兵行為識(shí)大局、重形象；圍繞現(xiàn)代后勤典型文化創(chuàng)新和教育，選準(zhǔn)育強(qiáng)先進(jìn)典型，以榜樣的力量引導(dǎo)后勤官兵行為；圍繞黨員干部作風(fēng)建設(shè)，發(fā)揮率先垂范作用，當(dāng)好全面建設(shè)現(xiàn)代后勤的排頭兵；立足全面建設(shè)現(xiàn)代后勤實(shí)踐，汲取傳統(tǒng)軍事文化和國(guó)外軍事文化營(yíng)養(yǎng)，不斷推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代后勤行為文化創(chuàng)新。建設(shè)與我軍歷史使命相一致的后勤行為文化，，使廣大官兵的自主行為與全面建設(shè)現(xiàn)代后勤的要求相契合，切實(shí)提高我軍后勤保障能力，為實(shí)現(xiàn)保障打贏信息化條件下局部戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的要求和全面履行新世紀(jì)新階段我軍歷史使命提供強(qiáng)大的文化驅(qū)動(dòng)力與文化支撐。
[Abstract]:The overall construction of modern logistics is the strategic objective of the Central Committee , the Central Military Commission and the President of the Hu Jintao to the military logistics system . It is the central task of the logistics construction of our army in the current and future periods . The comprehensive construction of the modern logistics behavior culture is the direct lead of the overall construction of modern logistics . It is an important part of the overall construction of modern logistics culture . The innovation of modern logistics behavior culture strongly promotes the great practice of comprehensively building modern logistics .

The comprehensive construction of modern logistics culture is a cultural system composed of modern logistics material culture , spiritual culture , institutional culture , environment culture , behavioral culture , etc .
To cultivate the martial spirit of the " advance of the armed forces and the advance of grain and grass " ;
