大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)功利化的制度治理研究

【摘要】:盡管隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代大學(xué)已經(jīng)從社會(huì)邊緣的“象牙塔”走向了社會(huì)的中心,大學(xué)職能也隨之發(fā)生了改變,但是不容忽視的是無論大學(xué)如何發(fā)展,它依然是以學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)為中心,以教師活動(dòng)為主體,以教書育人、求真務(wù)實(shí)為本質(zhì)的學(xué)術(shù)性組織。我們的大學(xué)在經(jīng)過了一個(gè)世紀(jì)的發(fā)展之后,取得了很多輝煌的成就,但卻也逐漸呈現(xiàn)出不少與大學(xué)本質(zhì)相背離的局面。大學(xué),這個(gè)曾今純潔無暇的“象牙塔”也開始顯露出功利化的色彩:行政權(quán)力大行其道;學(xué)術(shù)成果重量不重質(zhì),原創(chuàng)性極其缺乏;學(xué)術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)、職稱評(píng)定與當(dāng)年所發(fā)表論文數(shù)直接掛鉤以及隨之產(chǎn)生的“交易型”論文雜志。 學(xué)術(shù)的興衰象征著國運(yùn)的隆替,學(xué)術(shù)風(fēng)氣的邪正也往往成為世道人心的縮影。遺憾的是作為大學(xué)根基的“學(xué)術(shù)性”近年來卻不斷遭受學(xué)術(shù)腐敗、學(xué)術(shù)造假、學(xué)術(shù)功利的侵蝕。學(xué)術(shù)丑聞層出不窮,學(xué)術(shù)不端行為屢有發(fā)生,學(xué)術(shù)腐敗、學(xué)術(shù)功利成了不爭的事實(shí)。焦躁不安的社會(huì)風(fēng)氣,,“一些向錢看”的學(xué)術(shù)取向以及殘缺的大學(xué)制度文化讓我們與世界一流大學(xué)的宏偉目標(biāo)漸行漸遠(yuǎn)。 憑心而論,學(xué)術(shù)功利化不是學(xué)者的道德壞了,而是我們的大學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)的管制出了問題。我國從上世紀(jì)末啟動(dòng)世界一流大學(xué)建設(shè)工程起,就忽視了一個(gè)根本問題,我們不應(yīng)該總是圍繞著各種資源——財(cái)政資源、行政資源、學(xué)術(shù)資源、教育資源做文章,而應(yīng)該真正踐行現(xiàn)代大學(xué)的本質(zhì)——自主辦學(xué)、學(xué)術(shù)自由、教授治學(xué)、學(xué)生自治。 本文旨在回答什么是學(xué)術(shù)功利化?學(xué)術(shù)功利化是如何產(chǎn)生的?學(xué)術(shù)功利化與大學(xué)制度文化建設(shè)之間存在著什么聯(lián)系?如何通過加強(qiáng)校園制度文化建設(shè)來遏制學(xué)術(shù)功利化的蔓延。在借鑒前人的研究基礎(chǔ)之上,以我國大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)功利化的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題為出發(fā)點(diǎn),基于校園制度文化建設(shè)的視角,運(yùn)用資料收集、問卷調(diào)查和訪談的方法,試圖找出我國大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)功利化產(chǎn)生的制度因素以及解決途徑。
[Abstract]:Although with the development of society, modern universities have moved from the ivory tower on the edge of society to the center of society, the functions of the universities have also changed, but what can not be ignored is that no matter how the universities develop, It is still an academic organization with academic activities as its center, teachers' activities as its main body, teaching and educating people, and seeking truth and pragmatism as its essence. After a century of development, our university has made a lot of brilliant achievements, but also gradually presents a lot of deviation from the nature of the university. University, once pure and impeccable "ivory tower" also began to show utilitarian color: administrative power is popular; academic achievements are not heavy on quality, originality is extremely lacking; academic evaluation, The title rating is directly linked to the number of papers published in that year and the resultant Transactional papers. The rise and fall of the academic symbolize the prosperity of the country, and the evil spirit of the academic atmosphere often becomes the epitome of the world. Unfortunately, the academic nature, which is the foundation of the university, has been continuously eroded by academic corruption, academic fraud and academic utility in recent years. Academic scandals abound, academic misconduct occurs frequently, academic corruption and academic utility become indisputable facts. The restless social atmosphere, the academic orientation of "some looking to money" and the incomplete university system culture make us go further and further from the grand goal of the world class university. To be fair, academic utilitarianism is not the moral deterioration of scholars, but the regulation of academic by our university leaders. Since the beginning of the construction project of world-class universities at the end of the last century, China has neglected a fundamental problem. We should not always focus on various resources-financial resources, administrative resources, academic resources, educational resources. We should practice the essence of modern university-independent running, academic freedom, teaching and student autonomy. The purpose of this paper is to answer what is academic utilitarianism. How does academic utilitarianism come into being? What is the relationship between academic utilitarianism and the construction of university system and culture? How to prevent the spread of academic utilitarianism by strengthening the construction of campus system culture. On the basis of the previous studies, this paper takes the practical problems of academic utilitarianism in our country's universities as the starting point, based on the perspective of the construction of campus system culture, using the methods of data collection, questionnaire investigation and interview. This paper tries to find out the institutional factors and solutions of academic utilitarianism in Chinese universities.
