大學(xué)文化對(duì)創(chuàng)新人才的育人作用研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)快速發(fā)展,文化日益不能滿足人們的精神需求,教育改革出現(xiàn)瓶頸,人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量下降,大學(xué)生就業(yè)形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻,,大學(xué)逐步進(jìn)入公眾視野。大學(xué)承擔(dān)著引領(lǐng)社會(huì)文化發(fā)展的功能,大學(xué)又是培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才的機(jī)構(gòu),對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展具有推動(dòng)作用,大學(xué)的文化傳承和人才培養(yǎng)兩大功能,越來(lái)越成為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的兩大引擎,因此,大學(xué)文化對(duì)創(chuàng)新人才的育人作用日益成為熱點(diǎn)話題。 文化的本質(zhì)是“人化”和“化人”,也即人類(lèi)改造客觀世界,將自然狀態(tài)加以“人化”;然后用其經(jīng)驗(yàn)和成果來(lái)“化人”,培育大學(xué)文化就是人化,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才就是化人。大學(xué)就是泡菜壇子,用文化“泡”出人才,有好水就能泡出好菜,“好水”是大學(xué)的文化,“好菜”就是創(chuàng)新人才。大學(xué)教育管理者如何突破傳統(tǒng)的思想政治教育灌輸模式,變成文化育人的模式,由以前的學(xué)生事務(wù)管理員變成大學(xué)文化生產(chǎn)者,校園活動(dòng)策劃者,教育思想實(shí)踐者,優(yōu)秀人才培養(yǎng)者。培育大學(xué)文化,進(jìn)行文化傳承,吸引學(xué)生參與,影響改變學(xué)生,引領(lǐng)成長(zhǎng)成才,發(fā)揮大學(xué)文化影響力,制造大學(xué)文化生產(chǎn)力,通過(guò)培育大學(xué)文化,探索文化育人路徑,培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀創(chuàng)新人才。 論文主要采用文獻(xiàn)分析、理論研究和經(jīng)驗(yàn)的方法對(duì)大學(xué)文化和人才培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行了分析,論文結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)資料和工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)研究分析了培育大學(xué)文化的重要性,本文重點(diǎn)研究培育大學(xué)文化對(duì)培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才的重要作用,具有有思想價(jià)值導(dǎo)向、審美藝術(shù)熏陶、素質(zhì)能力提升、人格精神塑造、制度約束規(guī)范、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作凝聚等功能,并提出了加強(qiáng)大學(xué)文化建設(shè)的方法和途徑,當(dāng)前如何具體實(shí)施大學(xué)文化工程,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才進(jìn)行探索,得出了面對(duì)新的學(xué)生工作的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇,應(yīng)該轉(zhuǎn)換思想政治教育模式,探索文化育人新模式的可行性,為增強(qiáng)思想政治教育實(shí)效性提供了一種新的視角。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of contemporary economy and society, culture is unable to meet the spiritual needs of people day by day, the education reform has appeared bottleneck, the quality of talent training has declined, the employment situation of college students has been grim, and universities have gradually entered the public view. The university is responsible for leading the development of social culture, and it is also the institution of cultivating innovative talents, which can promote the economic and social development. The cultural heritage of the university and the cultivation of talents are the two main functions of the university. More and more become the two major engines of economic and social development, therefore, the role of university culture in the education of innovative talents has increasingly become a hot topic. The essence of culture is "humanization" and "humanization", that is, human beings transform the objective world and "humanize" the natural state, and then use their experience and achievements to "transform people", so to cultivate university culture is to humanize, and to cultivate innovative talents is to turn people into people. The university is to soak in the kitchen, use culture to "bubble" the talented person, have the good water can bubble out the good dish, "good water" is the culture of the university, "good dish" is the innovative talented person. How to break through the traditional mode of ideological and political education, and become the mode of cultural education, from the former administrator of student affairs to the producer of university culture, the planner of campus activities, the practitioner of educational ideology, A person who cultivates outstanding talents. Cultivate the university culture, carry on the cultural inheritance, attract the student to participate, influence change the student, lead the growth to become the talented person, exert the university culture influence, create the university culture productivity, through cultivate the university culture, explore the cultural education path. Train outstanding innovative talents. This paper mainly uses the methods of literature analysis, theoretical research and experience to analyze the university culture and the cultivation of talents, and analyzes the importance of cultivating university culture by combining the literature and work experience. This paper focuses on the important role of cultivating university culture in cultivating innovative talents, which has the functions of ideological value orientation, aesthetic art edification, improvement of quality and ability, shaping of personality spirit, regulation of system constraints, teamwork and cohesion, and so on. It also puts forward the methods and ways to strengthen the construction of university culture, how to carry out the university cultural project concretely, how to train innovative talents for exploration, and draw the conclusion that facing the challenge and opportunity of the new student work, we should change the mode of ideological and political education. Exploring the feasibility of the new mode of cultural education provides a new angle of view for strengthening the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
