農(nóng)林院校本科招生生源質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:本文比較全面系統(tǒng)地研究了我國(guó)農(nóng)林院校本科招生生源質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的整體狀況,并在分析我國(guó)農(nóng)林院校本科招生生源質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了我國(guó)農(nóng)林院校本科生源質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系,并且以湖南省某農(nóng)林高校為例對(duì)農(nóng)林院校本科招生生源質(zhì)量綜合指標(biāo)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,得出生源質(zhì)量好壞的省份,最后提出了提高我國(guó)農(nóng)林院校本科招生生源質(zhì)量的政策與建議。 全篇的研究主要是以湖南某農(nóng)林高校為例對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)林院校招生生源質(zhì)量情況進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。從農(nóng)林院校招生工作的重要性和意義來(lái)分析農(nóng)林院校招生生源質(zhì)量的必要性,從多角度分析每個(gè)生源質(zhì)量指標(biāo)是如何影響農(nóng)林院校生源質(zhì)量。利用相關(guān)分析與對(duì)應(yīng)分析闡明了農(nóng)林院校生源質(zhì)量指標(biāo)體系的建立原則,然后從考生基本情況、高考志愿填報(bào)、錄取成績(jī)、錄取情況和入學(xué)報(bào)到率等角度構(gòu)建了我國(guó)農(nóng)林院校本科招生生源質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)體系,并以湖南某農(nóng)林院校為例分析了上述各個(gè)指標(biāo)2005年至2011年的具體情況,說(shuō)明了其對(duì)生源質(zhì)量的影響及重要性。最后對(duì)農(nóng)林院校本科招生生源質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)模型進(jìn)行構(gòu)建,并利用因子分析法對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)模型做進(jìn)一步處理,使其更加完整和合理。 同時(shí),本文利用因子分析法對(duì)湖南某農(nóng)林院校招生生源質(zhì)量進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)價(jià)。首先根據(jù)農(nóng)林院校生源質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建原則和利用主成分分析法來(lái)篩選生源質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),最終選取了十個(gè)具體評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo);然后根據(jù)2011年湖南某農(nóng)林院校招生數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)十個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行收集和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化處理;再次在盡量不損失信息的原則下,利用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化處理后的數(shù)據(jù)提取了影響農(nóng)林院校招生生源質(zhì)量的少數(shù)幾個(gè)公共因子,并對(duì)因子載荷矩陣進(jìn)行旋轉(zhuǎn),找出公共因子與原有變量之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系,便于分析影響農(nóng)林院校招生生源質(zhì)量的主要因素,可進(jìn)一步對(duì)不同地區(qū)生源質(zhì)量進(jìn)行深入分析;最后從加大宣傳力度與建立生源基地、優(yōu)化專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與激勵(lì)機(jī)制、完善招生政策與做好錄取工作和加強(qiáng)招生管理與制度建設(shè)等四個(gè)方面來(lái)提高農(nóng)林院校生源質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the overall situation of undergraduate enrollment quality evaluation in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities in China is studied, and on the basis of analyzing the current situation of undergraduate enrollment quality in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities in China, This paper constructs the quality evaluation system of undergraduate students in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities in China, and takes a certain agricultural and forestry university in Hunan Province as an example to make an empirical analysis on the comprehensive quality index of undergraduate enrollment students in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities, and obtains the provinces where the quality of undergraduate students is good or bad. Finally, some suggestions and policies are put forward to improve the quality of undergraduate enrollment in agricultural and forestry colleges. The whole study is to evaluate the quality of enrollment in an agricultural and forestry college in Hunan Province. The importance and significance of enrollment work in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities are analyzed to analyze the necessity of the quality of enrollment students in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities, and how the quality index of each student source affects the quality of students in agricultural and forestry colleges is analyzed from many angles. By using correlation analysis and correspondence analysis, this paper expounds the principles of establishing the quality index system of students in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities, and then from the basic situation of the examinees, the college entrance examination will be filled in voluntarily, and the results of admission will be obtained. The evaluation system of undergraduate enrollment quality of agricultural and forestry colleges in China is constructed from the angles of admission and enrollment rate. Taking a certain agricultural and forestry college in Hunan as an example, this paper analyzes the specific situation of each of the above indicators from 2005 to 2011. Its influence on the quality of raw material and its importance are explained. Finally, the quality evaluation model of undergraduate enrollment in agricultural and forestry colleges is constructed, and the evaluation model is further treated by factor analysis to make it more complete and reasonable. At the same time, the factor analysis method is used to analyze and evaluate the quality of enrollment in a agriculture and forestry college in Hunan province. First of all, according to the construction principle of the evaluation index system of agricultural and forestry college students' source quality and the principle of principal component analysis to screen the evaluation index of student's source quality, ten concrete evaluation indexes were selected. Then, according to the enrollment data of an agricultural and forestry college in Hunan Province in 2011, the data of ten evaluation indexes are collected and standardized. Again, under the principle of not losing information as much as possible, A few common factors affecting the quality of enrollment in agricultural and forestry colleges were extracted by using the standardized data, and the factor load matrix was rotated to find out the correlation between common factors and original variables. It is convenient to analyze the main factors that affect the quality of enrollment students in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities, and to further analyze the quality of students in different regions. Finally, we can optimize the professional structure and incentive mechanism by strengthening propaganda and establishing student source bases. In order to improve the quality of students in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities, it is necessary to improve the enrollment policy and enrollment work and strengthen the enrollment management and system construction.
