【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放使中國(guó)社會(huì)面貌，人民生活水平都發(fā)生了深刻變化。伴隨這一歷史進(jìn)程大學(xué)生思想政治教育和大學(xué)生的思想政治素質(zhì)也發(fā)生了深刻變化。這種變化雖然主流是積極的，但由于國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)的新情況新問(wèn)題，加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育，全面提升大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)仍然是一項(xiàng)重大而緊迫的戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)。探尋改革開(kāi)放三十多年來(lái)大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)變化的軌跡，，客觀評(píng)價(jià)大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)狀況，厘清大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)提升路徑對(duì)做好新形勢(shì)下大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)提升工作無(wú)疑具有重大現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本課題從思想政治素質(zhì)的相關(guān)概念和問(wèn)題入手，從理論上解析素質(zhì)和素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)、思想政治素質(zhì)的內(nèi)涵、地位、作用以及思想政治素質(zhì)的傳承和發(fā)展；以黨中央三代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體高度重視大學(xué)生思想政治教育作出的一系列關(guān)于加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的重大決策和部署為依據(jù)，回顧改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的傳承和發(fā)展；進(jìn)而探索改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)傳承發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)和趨勢(shì)；指出改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)傳承發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題和影響大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)傳承發(fā)展的因素；最后，在對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)傳承發(fā)展研究的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合黨的理論創(chuàng)新，思想政治教育面臨的新情況新問(wèn)題，提出當(dāng)下及未來(lái)大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)傳承發(fā)展的理路。
[Abstract]:Profound changes have taken place in China's social outlook and the living standard of the people. With this historical process, the ideological and political education of college students and the ideological and political qualities of college students have also undergone profound changes. It is still an important and urgent strategic task to improve the ideological and political quality of college students in an all-round way. To explore the change of Ideological and political quality of college students for more than thirty years in the reform and opening up, to objectively evaluate the ideological and political quality of college students and to clarify the way to improve the ideological and political quality of college students to do a good job of College Students' Thought under the new situation. The improvement of political quality is undoubtedly of great practical significance.
Starting with the related concepts and problems of Ideological and political quality, the subject analyses the quality and quality structure, the connotation, status, role and the inheritance and development of Ideological and political quality in theory, and a series of strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students with the three generation of leading collective of the Party Central Committee. On the basis of the important decision and deployment of students' Ideological and political education, it reviews the inheritance and development of the ideological and political quality of college students since the reform and opening up, and then explores the characteristics and trends of the inheritance and development of Ideological and political quality of college students since the reform and opening up. In the end, on the basis of the study of the inheritance and development of the ideological and political quality of college students, and on the basis of the theoretical innovation of the party, the new situation and new problems faced by the ideological and political education, the road to the inheritance and development of the ideological and political quality of the students in the future and in the future is put forward.
