【摘要】：隨著高校教育改革地不斷深入,無論是教學(xué)管理模式還是教學(xué)管理手段,都需要盡快適應(yīng)快速發(fā)展的浪潮,教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)在此過程中該怎樣更好地發(fā)揮作用呢?本文以成都體育學(xué)院教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)為研究對象,結(jié)合學(xué)校的教學(xué)管理運行現(xiàn)狀,運用訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)據(jù)分析法等方法,全面梳理和分析學(xué)校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)目前存在的不足和需解決的問題,同時提出了基于現(xiàn)有教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計出適合學(xué)校教學(xué)管理實際的新教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的思路,為下一步開發(fā)新教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)奠定理論依據(jù)。 本文對成都體育學(xué)院教學(xué)管理的現(xiàn)狀及教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)運行情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和研究,查找出教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)中所存在的不足及問題。通過對系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的開發(fā)模式和平臺進(jìn)行對比和分析,同時考慮系統(tǒng)在運行過程中易維護(hù)、易升級、易操作等因素,選擇出適合學(xué)校進(jìn)一步開發(fā)新系統(tǒng)所需要的運行環(huán)境。對成都體育學(xué)院在教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具備的功能進(jìn)行了全面、系統(tǒng)的梳理,主要表現(xiàn)為保留現(xiàn)有實用、合理的功能模塊,增加在教學(xué)管理中需要解決和完善的功能,提出了各種模塊的設(shè)計思路。為保證系統(tǒng)運行的安全,從計算機(jī)專業(yè)和現(xiàn)在信息化管理現(xiàn)狀的角度出發(fā),提出在現(xiàn)有的兩臺服務(wù)器管理數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,增設(shè)一臺置于局域網(wǎng)的獨立服務(wù)器,用于存儲原始數(shù)據(jù)。本文最后根據(jù)設(shè)計思路對實現(xiàn)的模塊進(jìn)行展示。 本文設(shè)計的系統(tǒng)與原系統(tǒng)相比較容納了更多用戶,主要表現(xiàn)在院系領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、輔導(dǎo)員、教研室主任等；增加了考務(wù)管理功能,主要體現(xiàn)在各類考試報名、編排考試日程、編排監(jiān)考日程、統(tǒng)計監(jiān)考人員工作量等；改善了教學(xué)任務(wù)下發(fā)和回收的方式；改善了編排課表界面,讓編排課表時更合理、更科學(xué)、更快捷。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the education reform in colleges and universities, both the teaching management mode and the teaching management means need to adapt to the tide of rapid development as soon as possible. How should the educational administration system play a better role in this process? This paper takes the development of educational administration system in Chengdu Institute of physical Education as the research object, combining with the current situation of teaching management in the school, using the methods of interview, questionnaire, data analysis, etc. This paper comprehensively combs and analyzes the shortcomings and problems existing in the school educational administration management system at present, and puts forward the idea of designing a new educational administration system suitable for the actual school teaching management system based on the existing educational administration management system. This paper investigates and studies the present situation of the teaching management and the operation of the educational administration system in Chengdu Institute of physical Education, and finds out the shortcomings and problems in the educational administration system. By comparing and analyzing the development mode and platform of the system, and considering the factors of easy maintenance, upgrade and operation in the course of the system, the running environment suitable for the further development of the new system in the school is selected. The functions of Chengdu Institute of physical Education in the educational administration management system are comprehensively and systematically combed. The main performance is to retain the existing practical and reasonable functional modules and to increase the functions that need to be solved and perfected in the teaching management. The design ideas of various modules are put forward. In order to ensure the safety of the system, from the point of view of the computer specialty and the present information management situation, this paper puts forward the establishment of an independent server on the basis of the existing two servers' management data, which is placed in the local area network (LAN). Used to store raw data. The system designed in this paper has more users than the original system, mainly reflected in department leaders, counselors, directors of teaching and research offices, etc. It is mainly reflected in the registration of various examinations, the arrangement of the examination schedule, the arrangement of the invigilating schedule, the statistics of the workload of the examiners, and so on; the improvement of the way in which teaching tasks are distributed and recovered; and the improvement of the arrangement of the timetable interface, so that the schedule can be arranged more reasonably and scientifically.
