【摘要】：隨著高校教育體制改革的不斷深入,越來越多的人涌入大學校門,隨之而來的就是超負荷的就業(yè)難題,再加之全球性的國際金融危機席卷中國,就業(yè)困難之勢更是難上加難。面對嚴峻的就業(yè)形勢,如何讓畢業(yè)生在眾多競爭者中脫穎而出,提高大學生的思想政治教育,就提到了相當重要地位。所以,如何結(jié)合高校畢業(yè)生的思想實際,深入分析和研究新時期高校畢業(yè)生的思想狀況,提出適合于高校畢業(yè)生思想政治教育的對策,幫助他們樹立正確的人生觀、價值觀和擇業(yè)觀,以及做好畢業(yè)生的思想政治教育工作關(guān)系到能否為國家培養(yǎng)和輸送合格的建設(shè)者和接班人,這是新形勢下高校畢業(yè)生思想政治教育所面臨的新課題。 即將走向社會的畢業(yè)生們正處于成長成才的關(guān)鍵時期,必須有健康的思想、高尚的精神、良好的情操與在此基礎(chǔ)上形成的克服種種困難的毅力。這一切既需要畢業(yè)生自己正確把握,更需要師長的及時引導和幫助。本文從加強思想政治教育與畢業(yè)生就業(yè)指導相結(jié)合的角度探討了新時期如何實現(xiàn)畢業(yè)生順利就業(yè)與加強思想政治教育的雙贏。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of the educational system in Colleges and universities, more and more people are pouring into the university entrance, which is followed by the overloaded employment problem. In addition, the global financial crisis has swept China, and the potential of employment difficulties is more difficult. It is very important to improve the ideological and political education of college students. So, how to analyze and study the ideological situation of college graduates in the new period, and to put forward the countermeasures suitable for the ideological and political education of college graduates in order to help them set up a correct outlook on life, values and career selection, so as to help them set up a correct outlook on life, values and career choice. And the ideological and political education of the graduates is related to the cultivation and delivery of qualified builders and successors for the country, which is a new topic for the ideological and political education of college graduates in the new situation.
The graduates who are going to go to society are in a critical period of growth and success. They must have healthy ideas, noble spirits, good sentiment and the perseverance to overcome various difficulties on the basis of this. All these need not only the correct grasp of the graduates themselves, but also the timely guidance and help of the teachers. This article is from strengthening the ideological and political education. From the perspective of the employment guidance of graduates, this paper discusses how to achieve a win-win situation of graduates' employment and ideological and political education in the new era.
