大學(xué)生精神壓力釋放研究

【摘要】:精神壓力被世界衛(wèi)生組織定為“西方世界的災(zāi)難”,依照國(guó)際勞工辦公室的說(shuō)法,它已成為“我們時(shí)代最嚴(yán)重的問(wèn)題之一,不僅危及個(gè)人的身體和精神健康,而且對(duì)企業(yè)和政府也有害”。當(dāng)前,人們?cè)谙硎芪镔|(zhì)豐富、生活便利、信息通暢、思想自由且選擇多樣的同時(shí),心靈世界也在遭受嚴(yán)重沖擊與侵蝕。 目前高校校園里,主要是以“80后、90后”為主,盡管他們身處在很多同齡人羨慕的象牙塔,但是精神領(lǐng)域人不可避免的面臨著很多沖擊。社會(huì)處于轉(zhuǎn)型期、經(jīng)濟(jì)處于轉(zhuǎn)軌期、價(jià)值觀念呈多樣性、功利主義和金錢主義的觀念泛濫,讓大學(xué)生的信仰和價(jià)值觀念面臨艱難的抉擇,生活方式的差異、人際關(guān)系的復(fù)雜也讓大學(xué)生的生活、學(xué)習(xí)和工作面臨著前所未有的精神壓力。特別是我國(guó)自1999年高校擴(kuò)招以來(lái),高等教育開(kāi)始從精英教育走向大眾教育。但隨之而來(lái)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈和就業(yè)壓力的加劇擺在了大學(xué)生、高校和社會(huì)的面前,成為高校大學(xué)生精神壓力的重要來(lái)源,,也給大學(xué)生帶來(lái)嚴(yán)重的心理問(wèn)題和精神壓力,F(xiàn)在,大學(xué)校園里的大學(xué)生不再是那么的陽(yáng)光風(fēng)發(fā)、精神堅(jiān)毅、樂(lè)觀向上,而是出現(xiàn)了,郁悶壓抑、心煩意亂、做事難以集中、缺乏耐心、經(jīng)常的感動(dòng)煩躁不安、失眠健忘、神經(jīng)衰弱等,嚴(yán)重者會(huì)發(fā)展成為精神疾病,甚至是走向自殺的道路。 大學(xué)生不僅是一個(gè)家庭的希望,也是民族振興、國(guó)家繁榮的希望,是社會(huì)的精英群體。他們正處在長(zhǎng)身體、長(zhǎng)知識(shí)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻,也是形成正確的世界觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀的關(guān)鍵階段。如果長(zhǎng)期處于嚴(yán)重的精神壓力狀態(tài)下,其身心健康的的發(fā)展會(huì)受到嚴(yán)重的影響。本文正是基于對(duì)大學(xué)生精神壓力的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)精神壓力對(duì)大學(xué)生的影響存在積極和消極兩個(gè)方面,正確利用適當(dāng)?shù)木駢毫,可以?duì)大學(xué)生起到促進(jìn)作用;反之,則會(huì)造成嚴(yán)重的損害影響。從而進(jìn)一步發(fā)掘大學(xué)生精神壓力的來(lái)源,主要表現(xiàn)在社會(huì)環(huán)境的不適應(yīng)、自我因素影響、學(xué)習(xí)壓力、就業(yè)壓力、人際交往壓力、情緒和情感的困擾六個(gè)方面。通過(guò)分析這六個(gè)方面的來(lái)源,發(fā)現(xiàn)造成大學(xué)生精神壓力困擾的深刻根源主要是來(lái)自心理承受不夠、高校教育體制錯(cuò)位、家庭教育缺失、社會(huì)認(rèn)可度低四個(gè)方面。從而,著重有針對(duì)性的采取應(yīng)對(duì)策略,尋求合適的精神壓力釋放途徑。 本文在精神壓力釋放途徑上,大膽嘗試將心理學(xué)與思想政治教育學(xué)相結(jié)合,重點(diǎn)發(fā)揮高校思想政治教育的作用,走出采取單一的、枯燥的授課形式教學(xué),采取講座、辯論賽、影片放映等形式,調(diào)動(dòng)大學(xué)生的積極性和參與性,從而提高教學(xué)和質(zhì)量和效果,進(jìn)而有效的釋放大學(xué)生存在的精神壓力。
[Abstract]:Mental stress, described by the World Health Organization as "a disaster in the Western world," has become "one of the most serious problems of our time, endangering not only the physical and mental health of individuals," according to the International Labour Office. It is also harmful to enterprises and governments. " At present, while people are enjoying material wealth, convenient life, smooth information, free thinking and diverse choices, the spiritual world is also suffering serious impact and erosion. At present, the main schools in colleges and universities are mainly "post-80s, post-90s," Although they are in the ivory tower envied by many of their peers, people in the spiritual realm inevitably face many shocks. The society is in the transition period, the economy is in the transition period, the values are diverse, the ideas of utilitarianism and money are overflowing, which makes the belief and value of college students face the difficult choice and the difference of the way of life. The complexity of interpersonal relationship also makes the life, study and work of college students face unprecedented mental pressure. Especially since the expansion of colleges and universities in 1999, higher education has begun to move from elite education to mass education. However, with the fierce competition and the intensification of employment pressure, it has become an important source of mental pressure for college students, and has brought serious psychological problems and mental pressure to college students. Now, college students on campus are no longer so sunny, resolute and optimistic, but appear, depressed, upset, hard to concentrate, impatient, often moved and restless, sleepless and forgetful. Neurasthenia and so on, the severe will develop into mental illness, or even the path to suicide. College students are not only the hope of a family, but also the hope of national rejuvenation and national prosperity, as well as the elite group of society. They are at the critical moment of long body, long knowledge, and the key stage of forming correct world outlook, outlook on life, and values. The development of their physical and mental health will be seriously affected if they are under severe mental stress for a long time. Based on the analysis of the current situation of college students' mental stress, this paper finds that there are two positive and negative aspects of the influence of psychological stress on college students, and the proper use of the appropriate mental pressure can promote the college students. It can cause serious damage. Therefore, the source of college students' psychological stress is mainly reflected in six aspects: social environment inadaptability, self-influence, study pressure, employment pressure, interpersonal stress, emotional and emotional distress. By analyzing the sources of these six aspects, it is found that the deep roots of the psychological distress of college students are mainly from the following four aspects: inadequate psychological tolerance, dislocation of the educational system in colleges and universities, lack of family education and low social acceptance. In this paper, the author tries boldly to combine psychology with ideological and political education. To give full play to the role of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, to go out of a single, boring form of teaching, to take the form of lectures, debate competitions, film screenings, and so on, so as to arouse the enthusiasm and participation of college students. In order to improve the teaching and quality and effect, and then effectively release the psychological pressure of college students.
