【摘要】：斯隆聯(lián)盟連續(xù)十一年發(fā)布美國在線教育調(diào)查報告顯示,高校在線教育保持穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的態(tài)勢,表現(xiàn)為:在線課程注冊學生數(shù)持續(xù)增長,在線教育質量逐漸被院校主管認同,大多數(shù)院校將在線教育作為長期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,半數(shù)以上院校提供在線學位;高校在線教育實踐體現(xiàn)出了性質、規(guī)模和層次方面的差異性;在線教育發(fā)展的主要障礙是:在線課程學生的低保持率,學生需要有較強的自律能力,教師缺乏對在線教育的認同與投入,用人單位對在線教育缺乏認可等。MOOCs等熱點事件對在線教育有積極的推動作用,但左右不了在線教育整體發(fā)展態(tài)勢,也不能解決其面臨的主要障礙。在線教育發(fā)展需要站在數(shù)字化知識經(jīng)濟時代人才培養(yǎng)轉型的高度,從整體上認識其重要性;熱點事件經(jīng)過短暫的"擾動"之后最終將回歸到整體發(fā)展軌道;各類院校應尊重在線教育規(guī)律,結合自身目標和特點選擇不同發(fā)展道路;中國在線教育需要更加全面系統(tǒng)深入的跟蹤研究。
[Abstract]:The Sloan Alliance released an online education survey in the United States for 11 consecutive years, showing that online education in colleges and universities has maintained a steady development trend, which shows that the number of students enrolled in online courses continues to grow, and the quality of online education is gradually recognized by university executives. Most colleges and universities regard online education as a long-term development strategy, and more than half of them provide online degrees, and the practice of online education in colleges and universities reflects the differences in nature, scale and level. The main obstacles to the development of online education are the low retention rate of students in online courses, the need for students to have strong self-discipline ability, and the lack of teachers' recognition and investment in online education. The lack of recognition of online education by employers and other hot issues such as MOOCs has a positive role in promoting online education, but it can not control the overall development of online education, nor can it solve the main obstacles it faces. The development of online education needs to stand at the height of talent training and transformation in the era of digital knowledge economy, and realize its importance from the whole, and the hot events will eventually return to the overall development track after a brief "disturbance". All kinds of colleges and universities should respect the law of online education and choose different development paths according to their own goals and characteristics.
