【摘要】：我國的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育已經(jīng)開展了十多年，取得了不少成效，也積累了較豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。一些高校還探索出適合地方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育新路子，為解決高等教育大眾化帶來的嚴(yán)峻的大學(xué)生就業(yè)難問題，為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力和創(chuàng)新精神的培養(yǎng)，提供了許多可以參考的范式。本文以細(xì)致調(diào)研為基礎(chǔ)，把握當(dāng)前大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀，發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在的問題和不足，從而尋找優(yōu)化大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)實(shí)途徑，對推進(jìn)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的健康有序發(fā)展有著重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文界定了創(chuàng)業(yè)與創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的概念，對當(dāng)前大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育作了客觀中肯的分析，并從思想認(rèn)識、人才培養(yǎng)內(nèi)容、實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)、政府政策導(dǎo)向、社會創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)體系等方面，分析當(dāng)前大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育存在的問題。如在思想認(rèn)識方面，有傳統(tǒng)觀念對創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的阻礙、大學(xué)生對創(chuàng)業(yè)教育認(rèn)知度低、高校教師對創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的輕視等；在人才培養(yǎng)方面，由于沒有納入人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃、沒有配套的課程和教材、沒有與專業(yè)教育有機(jī)融合、沒有強(qiáng)化創(chuàng)業(yè)精神培養(yǎng)、沒有專職教師隊(duì)伍，導(dǎo)致大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育缺乏導(dǎo)向性、系統(tǒng)性、針對性、引領(lǐng)性和穩(wěn)定性；在實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)方面，則存在著組織松散、缺乏引導(dǎo)，內(nèi)容單調(diào)、千人一面，與社會需求游離、與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展脫節(jié)等現(xiàn)象；另外，在政府政策導(dǎo)向、社會創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)體系方面都顯得薄弱。針對這些問題，本文提出了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育質(zhì)量提升的對策，主要有：一是轉(zhuǎn)變教育理念，重視創(chuàng)業(yè)精神的培養(yǎng)；二是完善人才培養(yǎng)體系，推進(jìn)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育改革；三是搭建創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐平臺，加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育；四是發(fā)揮政策導(dǎo)向優(yōu)勢，鼓勵(lì)大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)；五是加強(qiáng)社會系統(tǒng)的支持力度，扶持大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:The entrepreneurship education of college students in our country has been carried out for more than ten years, which has made many achievements and accumulated rich experience. Some colleges and universities have also explored a new way of entrepreneurship education for college students suitable for the development of local economy and society, in order to solve the serious problem of employment of college students brought about by the popularization of higher education, and to foster the entrepreneurial ability and innovative spirit of college students. Many paradigms are provided for reference. On the basis of careful investigation, this paper grasps the current situation of college students' entrepreneurship education, finds out its problems and shortcomings, and finds out the practical ways to optimize the college students' entrepreneurship education. It has important theoretical and practical significance to promote the healthy and orderly development of college students' entrepreneurship education. This paper defines the concept of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education, makes an objective and pertinent analysis of the current entrepreneurship education of college students, and makes an objective analysis from the aspects of ideological understanding, personnel training content, practical links, government policy guidance, social entrepreneurship service system, etc. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the entrepreneurship education of college students at present. For example, in terms of ideological understanding, there are obstacles to entrepreneurship education from traditional concepts, low awareness of entrepreneurship education among college students, contempt for entrepreneurship education by university teachers, and so on. There are no matching courses and teaching materials, no organic integration with professional education, no strengthening of entrepreneurship cultivation, no full-time teachers, leading to lack of guidance, systematization, pertinence, guidance and stability of entrepreneurship education for college students; In practice, there are some phenomena, such as loose organization, lack of guidance, monotonous content, one-thousand people, dissociation from social demand, disconnection from industrial development, etc. In addition, in the direction of government policy, Social entrepreneurship service system is weak. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of improving the quality of college students' entrepreneurship education, which are mainly as follows: first, to change the educational concept and attach importance to the cultivation of entrepreneurship, secondly, to perfect the talent training system and to promote the reform of entrepreneurship education; The third is to build a platform for entrepreneurship practice, to strengthen entrepreneurship education for college students; fourth, to give play to the advantages of policy guidance to encourage college students to start their own businesses; fifthly, to strengthen the support of the social system to support college students to start their own businesses.
