【摘要】：教學(xué)是高等院校的中心任務(wù),高校教師的教學(xué)性投入直接關(guān)系到教學(xué)質(zhì)量,進(jìn)而影響整個(gè)高等教育和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020)》重點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)了提高高等教育質(zhì)量和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的問題,強(qiáng)調(diào)“牢固樹立人才培養(yǎng)在高校工作中的中心地位,加大教學(xué)投入,教師要把教學(xué)作為首要任務(wù),不斷提高等教育教學(xué)水平”。如何改進(jìn)教學(xué)工作,改善教師教學(xué)性投入,提升高等教育質(zhì)量和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,已成為高等教育關(guān)注并亟待研究解決的重要課題。 本文通過分析高校教師勞動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)、教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)中高校教師的角色、人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量保障中高校教師的作用,探討了高校教師在本科人才培養(yǎng)中的作用。利用問卷調(diào)查和實(shí)證分析的方法,在某綜合大學(xué)選取調(diào)研對(duì)象進(jìn)行調(diào)研工作,分析目前教師本科教學(xué)性投入情況和存在問題；提出了教師本科教學(xué)性投入的影響因素,包括教學(xué)理論的指導(dǎo)作用、教學(xué)觀念與態(tài)度、教學(xué)方法、學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)反饋等；從構(gòu)建高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理的長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制、正確對(duì)待教學(xué)和科研的關(guān)系、從實(shí)踐層面上改革教學(xué)、高校教師改進(jìn)教學(xué)方法的措施、通過改善外部環(huán)境提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量等方面提出了改進(jìn)高校教師教學(xué)投入的思路。
[Abstract]:Teaching is the central task of colleges and universities. The teaching input of university teachers is directly related to the quality of teaching. Thus, the overall quality of higher education and talent training is affected. The National Medium- and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020) emphasizes the improvement of the quality of higher education and the quality of personnel training. It is emphasized that "firmly establish the central position of talent training in the work of colleges and universities, increase teaching investment, teachers should take teaching as the primary task and constantly improve the level of education and teaching". How to improve teaching work, improve teachers' teaching input, improve the quality of higher education and the quality of talent training, has become an important subject of higher education concern and urgent research and solution. By analyzing the characteristics of college teachers' labor, the role of university teachers in teaching links, and the role of university teachers in the quality assurance of talent training, this paper probes into the role of university teachers in the cultivation of undergraduate talents. By using the method of questionnaire and empirical analysis, this paper selects the research object to carry on the investigation work in a comprehensive university, analyzes the current situation and the existing problem of the teacher's undergraduate teaching input, and puts forward the influencing factors of the teacher's undergraduate teaching input. Including the guiding role of teaching theory, teaching ideas and attitudes, teaching methods, students' learning feedback, etc., from the construction of a long-term mechanism of teaching quality management, the correct treatment of the relationship between teaching and scientific research, the reform of teaching from the practical level, Through improving the external environment and improving the quality of personnel training, this paper puts forward some ideas to improve the teaching input of college teachers.
