【摘要】：宿舍是大學(xué)生生活、學(xué)習(xí)的重要場所，是大學(xué)生情感交流、信息傳遞的重要平臺(tái)，也是在課外對大學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想政治教育的重要陣地。加強(qiáng)高校學(xué)生宿舍思想政治教育研究，推進(jìn)思想政治教育進(jìn)高校學(xué)生宿舍既是進(jìn)一步構(gòu)筑和完善高校思想政治教育理論體系的需要，也是擴(kuò)大思想政治教育覆蓋面，適應(yīng)高校學(xué)生宿舍思想政治教育的新形勢，提高思想政治教育實(shí)效性的需要。 高校學(xué)生宿舍思想政治教育是思想政治教育工作的重要領(lǐng)域，也是一個(gè)全新的領(lǐng)域，有著一定的特殊性。原有的思想政治教育工作體系和思想政治教育管理制度等已不能適應(yīng)當(dāng)前高校學(xué)生宿舍思想政治教育工作現(xiàn)狀，高校迫切需要建立一套思想政治教育進(jìn)學(xué)生宿舍的新思路。本文分別從思想政治教育的基本構(gòu)成要素—主體、介體、環(huán)體、客體等方面對影響宿舍思想政治教育有效開展的原因進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析，從理論上升華對加強(qiáng)高校學(xué)生宿舍思想政治教育的認(rèn)識(shí)，從而全面準(zhǔn)確地找出加強(qiáng)高校學(xué)生宿舍思想政治教育的可行性對策。 在對部分院校學(xué)生宿舍思想政治教育進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查和對調(diào)查問卷的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上，本文結(jié)合新時(shí)期高校學(xué)生宿舍思想政治教育面臨的新情況，探討并提出改進(jìn)高校學(xué)生宿舍思想政治教育的方法和途徑，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)宿舍思想政治教育的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展。推進(jìn)思想政治教育進(jìn)高校學(xué)生宿舍，應(yīng)該注意掌握和運(yùn)用四條基本原則：堅(jiān)持以人為本、服務(wù)學(xué)生的原則，堅(jiān)持全員育人、環(huán)境育人、實(shí)踐育人的原則，堅(jiān)持教育與自我教育相統(tǒng)一原則，堅(jiān)持解決思想問題和解決實(shí)際問題相結(jié)合的原則。思想政治教育進(jìn)高校學(xué)生宿舍工作的思路是：充分發(fā)揮大學(xué)生在思想政治教育進(jìn)宿舍過程中的主體作用，創(chuàng)新高校學(xué)生宿舍思想政治教育的內(nèi)容和形式，建立科學(xué)的高校學(xué)生宿舍思想政治教育管理體制，落實(shí)以學(xué)生為本的宿舍思想政治教育服務(wù)理念。 本研究在力求關(guān)注高校學(xué)生宿舍載體有效利用的同時(shí)，更加關(guān)注高校學(xué)生宿舍思想政治教育面臨的問題和挑戰(zhàn)，開發(fā)高校學(xué)生宿舍思想政治教育的新資源，創(chuàng)新思想政治教育工作方法，建立高校學(xué)生宿舍思想政治教育工作機(jī)制，，努力建構(gòu)起新時(shí)期高校學(xué)生宿舍思想政治教育理論框架和實(shí)踐操作模式，借以充實(shí)和發(fā)展當(dāng)前高校學(xué)生宿舍思想政治教育理論和實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:Dormitory is an important place for college students to live and study, an important platform for college students' emotional exchange and information transmission, and an important position for the ideological and political education of college students after class. Strengthening the research of ideological and political education in college students' dormitories and promoting ideological and political education into college students' dormitories is not only the need to further construct and perfect the theoretical system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, but also the expansion of the coverage of ideological and political education. To adapt to the new situation of ideological and political education in college dormitory and to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Ideological and political education of college students' dormitory is an important field of ideological and political education, and it is also a new field with certain particularity. The original work system of ideological and political education and the management system of ideological and political education can no longer adapt to the current situation of ideological and political education in college students' dormitories. Therefore, it is urgent for colleges and universities to establish a new way of thinking of ideological and political education in students' dormitories. This paper systematically analyzes the reasons that affect the effective development of ideological and political education in dormitory from the aspects of the basic constituent elements of ideological and political education-subject, medium, environment, object and so on. From the theoretical sublimation to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students' dormitory, so as to find out the feasible countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students' dormitory. Based on the field investigation of ideological and political education in some college dormitories and the statistics of the relevant data of the questionnaire, this paper combines the new situation of ideological and political education in college dormitories in the new period. This paper discusses and puts forward the ways and means to improve the ideological and political education of college students' dormitory so as to realize the innovation and development of the dormitory's ideological and political education. To promote ideological and political education into student dormitories in colleges and universities, we should pay attention to mastering and applying four basic principles: adhering to the principle of people-oriented, serving students, adhering to the principles of all-staff education, environmental education, and practical education. Adhere to the principle of unity of education and self-education, the principle of solving ideological problems and solving practical problems. The idea of ideological and political education in college students dormitory work is to give full play to the main role of college students in the process of ideological and political education into dormitory, and to innovate the content and form of ideological and political education in college students' dormitory. To establish a scientific management system of ideological and political education in college students' dormitories, and to implement the service idea of student oriented dormitory ideological and political education. This study tries to pay more attention to the problems and challenges faced by the ideological and political education of college students' dormitories, and to develop the new resources of ideological and political education of college students' dormitories, while paying more attention to the effective use of the carriers of college students' dormitories. Innovating the working methods of ideological and political education, establishing the work mechanism of ideological and political education of college students' dormitories, and trying to construct the theoretical framework and practical operation mode of ideological and political education of college students' dormitories in the new period. In order to enrich and develop the current college student dormitory ideological and political education theory and practice.
