我國大學(xué)生人格培育體系的休閑學(xué)路徑考察

【摘要】:高校在對高等教育不斷探索和實(shí)踐,以及對大學(xué)生走向社會后的人生軌跡的研究中顯示,人格對于一個人成長與發(fā)展具有十分重要的作用,為此,人格及大學(xué)生人格已經(jīng)成為國家、社會以及學(xué)校非常關(guān)注的重要問題。愛因斯坦曾說到:“人的差異在于閑暇”。當(dāng)前大學(xué)生是我國閑暇時間相對較多的人群之一,對于大學(xué)生來說,如何利用閑暇時間從事有益于身心的休閑活動,對于培養(yǎng)他們的健康人格有著十分重要的作用。在這樣的背景下,準(zhǔn)確把握大學(xué)生人格認(rèn)知的基本狀態(tài),科學(xué)分析產(chǎn)生大學(xué)生人格認(rèn)知問題的原因,用休閑學(xué)的理論與方法推動大學(xué)生人格培育體系的建立,對于培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的健全人格,使其具有良好的做人表現(xiàn)有重要作用 全文主要內(nèi)容如下: 導(dǎo)論:主要論述了本選題的研究背景,研究目的,研究意義以及研究思路和方法。 第一部分:對人格的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了解釋,指出人格培育的提出及其意義,對我國大學(xué)生的人格現(xiàn)狀和人格培育體系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述,分析我國大學(xué)生人格培育體系存在的問題及其原因。 第二部分:解釋了休閑的內(nèi)涵,指出休閑教育的提出及其意義,對我國大學(xué)生的休閑狀況和休閑教育發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了闡述,深入分析了我國大學(xué)生休閑教育存在的問題及其原因。 第三部分:主要論述了休閑對于大學(xué)生人格培育的重要意義,提出健康的休閑有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生生命的價值;有利于優(yōu)化大學(xué)生健康的心理;有利于促進(jìn)大學(xué)生全面的發(fā)展 第四部分:在前面分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了大學(xué)生人格培育的休閑學(xué)路徑,主要從家庭、學(xué)校、社會、學(xué)生自身出發(fā),全面滲透休閑學(xué)的理論與方法,指出只有當(dāng)家庭、學(xué)校、社會和學(xué)生自身都來參與和關(guān)心休閑教育,培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的休閑興趣和生活方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)以積極樂觀的態(tài)度從事生活、學(xué)習(xí)以及工作的目的,才能引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生成為具有健康人格的高素質(zhì)人才
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities in the continuous exploration and practice of higher education, as well as the life track of college students after the study shows that personality plays a very important role in the growth and development of a person. Personality and personality of college students have become an important issue that the country, society and schools pay close attention to. Einstein once said, "the difference between men and women is leisure." At present, college students are one of the people with relatively large leisure time in our country. For college students, how to use their leisure time to engage in leisure activities beneficial to their body and mind plays a very important role in cultivating their healthy personality. Under this background, we can accurately grasp the basic state of college students' personality cognition, scientifically analyze the causes of the problems of college students' personality cognition, and use the theory and method of leisure science to promote the establishment of college students' personality cultivation system. It plays an important role in cultivating the sound personality of college students and making them have good behavior in life. The main contents of the paper are as follows: Introduction: this paper mainly discusses the research background, research purpose, research significance and research ideas and methods. The first part explains the connotation of personality, points out the putting forward of personality cultivation and its significance, and expounds the status quo of personality and personality cultivation system of college students in China in detail. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of personality cultivation system of college students in China. The second part: it explains the connotation of leisure, points out the proposition and significance of leisure education, and expounds the leisure status and the development of leisure education of college students in China. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of leisure education for college students in China. The third part mainly discusses the importance of leisure to the cultivation of college students' personality, and points out that healthy leisure is beneficial to realize the value of college students' life, to optimize the healthy psychology of college students, and to promote the all-round development of college students. The fourth part: on the basis of the previous analysis, the author puts forward the path of leisure study, mainly from the family, school, society and students themselves, and fully infiltrates the theory and method of leisure science, pointing out that only when the family, school, Society and students themselves come to participate in and care about leisure education, cultivate college students' leisure interests and lifestyles, and achieve the purpose of engaging in life, learning and working with a positive and optimistic attitude.
