18世紀(jì)英國(guó)導(dǎo)生制研究

【摘要】:導(dǎo)生制也稱相互教學(xué)制度,是由教師選擇一些年齡較大、成績(jī)優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生充任“導(dǎo)生”,作為教師的助手,讓他們先接受教學(xué)內(nèi)容,再由他們轉(zhuǎn)教其他學(xué)生的一種教學(xué)模式。導(dǎo)生制產(chǎn)生于18世紀(jì)末的英國(guó),以適應(yīng)工業(yè)革命后勞工對(duì)知識(shí)普及的需求,并曾一度風(fēng)靡于工業(yè)化時(shí)代下的各國(guó)教育實(shí)踐,為世界普及初等教育和師范教育的發(fā)展做出了貢獻(xiàn)。在類似的普及教育理念下,導(dǎo)生制在20世紀(jì)中葉被引進(jìn)中國(guó),并應(yīng)用于陶行知的鄉(xiāng)村教育;90年代末,隨著我國(guó)高等教育的規(guī)模擴(kuò)大,導(dǎo)生制又被引入我國(guó)某些高校的教育和教學(xué)的管理中,今天我們重提它,不僅因?yàn)樗臍v史功績(jī),更因?yàn)樗哂腥找姹蝗藗冋J(rèn)識(shí)的現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。它將有利于我國(guó)解決高校擴(kuò)招后,因教育資源稀釋所導(dǎo)致的教育配給不足的問(wèn)題,并為新時(shí)期高效教育教學(xué)方法改革提供新的思路。 本文擬通過(guò)翻譯相關(guān)的外國(guó)文獻(xiàn)史料,對(duì)18世紀(jì)英國(guó)導(dǎo)生制的歷史和實(shí)踐進(jìn)行介紹和分析,在批判和繼承下對(duì)當(dāng)前導(dǎo)生制教學(xué)實(shí)踐提出意見(jiàn),為各試行導(dǎo)生制院校提供借鑒和指導(dǎo)。同時(shí),本文還將對(duì)導(dǎo)生制進(jìn)行理論層面的探討,從普及教育思想、師范教育、班級(jí)授課制等角度挖掘18世紀(jì)英國(guó)導(dǎo)生制的理論價(jià)值,從而提高當(dāng)前導(dǎo)生制理論研究的起點(diǎn),為奠定當(dāng)代導(dǎo)生制教育實(shí)踐的理論基礎(chǔ)提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The system of guiding students is also called mutual teaching system. It is a kind of teaching mode in which teachers choose some older and outstanding students as "guide students" as teachers' assistants and let them accept the teaching contents first and then transfer them to other students. The system of leading students came into being in England at the end of the 18th century to meet the demand of the workers for knowledge popularization after the industrial revolution. It was once popular in the educational practice of various countries in the industrialization era and contributed to the development of universal primary education and normal education in the world. Under the similar concept of universal education, the system of leading students was introduced into China in the middle of the 20th century, and applied to the rural education of Tao Xingzhi in the late 1990s, with the expansion of the scale of higher education in China. The system of leading students has been introduced into the management of education and teaching in some colleges and universities in our country. Today, we are talking about it again not only because of its historical achievements, but also because of its practical value which is increasingly recognized by people. It will be helpful to solve the problem of insufficient education rationing caused by dilution of educational resources after the expansion of college enrollment in China, and provide a new way of thinking for the reform of efficient teaching methods in the new period. This paper introduces and analyzes the history and practice of the guiding system of English students in the 18th century through the translation of relevant historical materials of foreign literature, and puts forward some opinions on the current teaching practice of the guiding system of students under criticism and inheritance. To provide reference and guidance for each pilot student system of colleges and universities. At the same time, this paper will also explore the theoretical value of the guiding system in the 18th century from the perspectives of universal educational thought, normal education and class teaching system, so as to improve the starting point of the current theoretical research on the guiding system. To lay a theoretical foundation for the contemporary educational practice of student guidance system to provide a reference basis.
