【摘要】：價(jià)值觀是指一個(gè)人對(duì)周圍的客觀事物的意義、重要性的總評(píng)價(jià)和總看法。大學(xué)生是國(guó)家建設(shè)的棟梁,肩負(fù)著國(guó)家建設(shè)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的重任。但近幾年,大學(xué)生違法犯罪的現(xiàn)象比較嚴(yán)重,雖然在整個(gè)刑法犯罪中的比率不高,但因?yàn)槠渖矸荼尘暗奶厥庑?對(duì)社會(huì)影響很大,引起了社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注。正確的人生價(jià)值觀可以引導(dǎo)人的合理思維和善意行動(dòng),對(duì)人整個(gè)一生在社會(huì)的安身立命有很大幫助,高校是大學(xué)生跨入社會(huì)之前接受學(xué)校教育的最后一站,所以高校教育肩負(fù)著“教書”和“育人”的雙重重任。所以對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)大學(xué)生違法犯罪的現(xiàn)狀、原因進(jìn)行分析,以及如何完善高校價(jià)值觀教育,對(duì)預(yù)防大學(xué)生違法犯罪具有針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性。 本文首先對(duì)大學(xué)生違法犯罪的定義進(jìn)行了界定,對(duì)研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行了確定；其次對(duì)大學(xué)生違法犯罪的現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié),并從主觀因素和客觀因素兩方面進(jìn)行了分析；最后從價(jià)值觀教育的角度出發(fā),提出了預(yù)防大學(xué)生違法犯罪的對(duì)策,論證了價(jià)值觀教育和預(yù)防大學(xué)生違法犯罪之間存在著契合點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Values refer to a person's general evaluation and general view of the significance and importance of the objective things around him. College students are the pillars of national construction, shouldering the important task of national construction and social development. However, in recent years, the phenomenon of university students committing crimes is serious. Although the proportion of crimes in the whole criminal law is not high, because of the particularity of their identity background, it has a great impact on the society and has aroused widespread concern of the society. Correct values of life can guide people's rational thinking and good intentions, and help them to settle down in society all their lives. Colleges and universities are the last stop for college students to receive school education before they enter the society. Therefore, college education shoulders the dual responsibility of teaching and educating people. Therefore, this paper analyzes the current situation and causes of college students' illegal crime, and how to perfect the value education of colleges and universities, which has pertinence and effectiveness to prevent college students' illegal crime. In this paper, the definition of college students' crime is defined, the object of study is determined, the present situation and characteristics of the crime are summarized, and the subjective and objective factors are analyzed. Finally, from the point of view of value education, the author puts forward some countermeasures to prevent college students from committing crimes against the law, and proves that there is a common point between the education of values and the prevention of crimes committed by college students.
