【摘要】：我國高校在校學(xué)生人數(shù)已經(jīng)排到世界第一位,成為當(dāng)今高等教育世界大國,但是高等教育大國還不能滿足當(dāng)今社會發(fā)展的需求,需要實(shí)現(xiàn)由教育大國向教育強(qiáng)國的轉(zhuǎn)變。高等教育強(qiáng)國建設(shè)是國家躋身于國際舞臺的需要,是我國科技進(jìn)步的關(guān)鍵因素。高等教育強(qiáng)國建設(shè)是由若干個高等教育強(qiáng)省建設(shè)組成的,取決于高等教育的發(fā)展。高等教育是教育的重要組成部分,是最重要的階段,高等教育為地方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展提供巨大精神動力和智力支持,在一定程度上決定了個人的前途和命運(yùn)。廣西是位于西部的一個省,經(jīng)濟(jì)比較落后,投入到高等教育的資金畢竟有限,影響到廣西高等教育質(zhì)量的提高。廣西高等教育的整體水平仍然落后于其他地區(qū),需要走出自己的特色之路,加快廣西高等教育強(qiáng)省建設(shè)的速度,才能進(jìn)一步推動廣西社會的發(fā)展。 本論文從廣西高等教育的規(guī)模、質(zhì)量、區(qū)域結(jié)構(gòu)、層次結(jié)構(gòu)、專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)以及專任教師結(jié)構(gòu)這六個方面來深入分析廣西高等教育存在的問題,借鑒若干兄弟省份高等教育強(qiáng)省建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),根據(jù)廣西的實(shí)際情況,從而提出廣西特色高等教育強(qiáng)省的策略。
[Abstract]:The number of college students in our country has already ranked first in the world and has become a big country in the world of higher education. However, the large country of higher education can not meet the needs of the development of society today, so it is necessary to realize the transition from a big country of education to a powerful country of education. The construction of a powerful country in higher education is the need for the country to enter the international stage and the key factor for the progress of science and technology in our country. The construction of a powerful country in higher education consists of several strong provinces of higher education, which depends on the development of higher education. Higher education is an important part of education and the most important stage. Higher education provides huge spiritual power and intellectual support for the local economic and social development, to a certain extent, it determines the future and destiny of individuals. Guangxi is located in the west of the province, the economy is relatively backward, the investment in higher education is limited after all, affecting the quality of Guangxi higher education. The overall level of higher education in Guangxi still lags behind that of other regions, so it is necessary to step up the road of its own characteristics and speed up the construction of a strong province of higher education in Guangxi in order to further promote the development of Guangxi society. This paper analyzes the problems of Guangxi higher education from the aspects of scale, quality, regional structure, hierarchical structure, professional structure and full-time teacher structure. According to the actual situation of Guangxi, this paper puts forward the strategy of strengthening higher education with Guangxi characteristics by referring to the experiences of the construction of strong provinces in some fraternal provinces of higher education.
