【摘要】：獨(dú)立學(xué)院作為20世紀(jì)末發(fā)展起來的新型辦學(xué)形式，經(jīng)過十余年的發(fā)展，規(guī)模不斷壯大，成為我國高等教育的重要組成部分。獨(dú)立學(xué)院的發(fā)展成為政府和社會關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)，受到越來越多的重視。近年來，學(xué)術(shù)界對教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的研究很多，但主要集中在中小學(xué)教師，對獨(dú)立學(xué)院教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的研究很少。獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)院青年教師作為教師群體中較為特別的一個(gè)群體，他們的知識結(jié)構(gòu)和水平、教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及身心特點(diǎn)與中小學(xué)教師有很大不同，因此開展關(guān)于獨(dú)立學(xué)院青年教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)研究很有必要。 本研究通過文獻(xiàn)研究和問卷調(diào)查，對廣東省獨(dú)立學(xué)院青年教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀形成了初步認(rèn)識，并分析了影響廣東省省獨(dú)立學(xué)院青年教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的因素。本研究得出的結(jié)論有：廣東省獨(dú)立學(xué)院青年教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀是：1、缺乏對自身專業(yè)發(fā)展的認(rèn)識；2、缺乏高度的專業(yè)精神；3、知識面窄，教育理論知識欠缺；4、教學(xué)能力有待提高，，科研能力缺乏；5、學(xué)校對教師專業(yè)發(fā)展保障措施不強(qiáng)。影響?yīng)毩W(xué)院青年職教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的因素主要來自于三個(gè)方面：社會因素、學(xué)校因素和個(gè)人因素。社會因素包括獨(dú)立學(xué)院教師的社會地位，政府對獨(dú)立學(xué)院的政策支持；學(xué)校因素主要包括教師管理制度和教師文化，其中教師管理制度是最重要的因素；個(gè)人因素包括教師個(gè)人素質(zhì)和教師自主發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As a new type of school running form developed at the end of the 20th century, independent college has become an important part of higher education in our country after more than ten years' development. The development of independent colleges has become the focus of attention of the government and society, and has been paid more and more attention. In recent years, academic research on teacher professional development is a lot, but mainly focused on primary and secondary school teachers. As a special group of teachers, young teachers in independent colleges are very different from primary and secondary school teachers in their knowledge structure and level, teaching experience and physical and mental characteristics. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out relevant research on the professional development of young teachers in independent colleges. Through literature research and questionnaire survey, the present situation of young teachers' professional development in Guangdong Province Independent College has been preliminarily understood, and the factors influencing the professional development of young teachers in Guangdong Province Independent College have been analyzed. The conclusions of this study are as follows: the current situation of the professional development of young teachers in Guangdong Province Independent College is: 1, lack of understanding of their own professional development, lack of a high degree of professionalism, narrow knowledge, lack of 4% educational theory knowledge, and need to be improved in teaching ability. Lack of scientific research capacity, schools for teachers professional development measures are not strong. The factors influencing the professional development of young teachers in independent colleges come from three aspects: social factors, school factors and individual factors. Social factors include the social status of teachers in independent colleges and the policy support of the government to independent colleges, the school factors mainly include the teacher management system and teacher culture, among which the teacher management system is the most important factor. Personal factors include teacher's personal quality and teacher's independent development.
