【摘要】：大學(xué)特色和大學(xué)職能有著密切的聯(lián)系。脫離了大學(xué)職能的“特色”不是大學(xué)特色,大學(xué)特色彰顯和服務(wù)于大學(xué)職能。實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)職能是指導(dǎo)大學(xué)特色建設(shè)的最高準(zhǔn)則,是大學(xué)特色建設(shè)的總目標(biāo)。本研究采用了文獻(xiàn)分析法、比較研究法、歷史研究法、教育行動(dòng)研究法等多種方法；在分析我國大學(xué)特色理論研究與特色建設(shè)概況,分析美國、日本的高等教育特色建設(shè)案例的基礎(chǔ)上,明晰了我國大學(xué)特色建設(shè)取得的成就和存在的問題。根據(jù)大學(xué)特色與大學(xué)職能的邏輯關(guān)系,并在高等教育相關(guān)理論的指導(dǎo)下,提出了基于大學(xué)職能的大學(xué)特色建設(shè)的對(duì)策。即按照分類指導(dǎo)、科學(xué)定位、突出優(yōu)勢(shì)、分層建設(shè)、因校制宜的原則,基于實(shí)現(xiàn)人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、服務(wù)社會(huì)、文化傳承與創(chuàng)新四項(xiàng)大學(xué)職能進(jìn)行大學(xué)特色建設(shè),從大學(xué)發(fā)展的外部條件和自身實(shí)際提出了促進(jìn)各類型高校特色建設(shè)的建議,為促進(jìn)高等教育實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展提供了指導(dǎo)。 全文共為五部分 第一部分：緒論。闡述了研究的選題背景、研究目的和意義、研究的基本思路和研究方法及研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。并就相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定,對(duì)與本研究相關(guān)的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了梳理,闡述了研究的必要性和可行性。 第二部分：我國大學(xué)特色理論研究與特色建設(shè)分析。文章把我國大學(xué)特色理論研究與建設(shè)劃分了兩個(gè)階段,并概括了我國大學(xué)特色建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。 第三部分：基于大學(xué)職能的大學(xué)特色建設(shè)的邏輯和理論基礎(chǔ)。分析了大學(xué)特色與大學(xué)職能的邏輯關(guān)系；闡述了基于大學(xué)職能的大學(xué)特色建設(shè)的理論基礎(chǔ),以便為后續(xù)研究提供研究依據(jù)。 第四部分：國外高等教育特色建設(shè)部分案例的比較分析。對(duì)美國、日本的大學(xué)特色建設(shè)成功案例進(jìn)行了分析,闡述了國外大學(xué)特色建設(shè)對(duì)我國大學(xué)特色建設(shè)的啟示。 第五部分：基于大學(xué)職能的大學(xué)特色建設(shè)對(duì)策分析。根據(jù)大學(xué)特色建設(shè)的理論和邏輯基礎(chǔ),針對(duì)我國大學(xué)特色建設(shè)中的問題,本研究提出了基于大學(xué)職能的大學(xué)特色建設(shè)的總要求、原則、策略和建議。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of the university are closely related to the functions of the university. The university features are not the university features, but show and serve the university functions. The realization of university function is the highest criterion to guide the construction of university characteristics and the general goal of university characteristic construction. This study adopts many methods, such as literature analysis, comparative research, historical research, educational action research, etc. On the basis of the case of the characteristic construction of higher education in Japan, this paper clarifies the achievements and problems in the construction of university characteristics in China. According to the logical relationship between university characteristics and university functions, and under the guidance of higher education related theories, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of university characteristic construction based on university functions. That is, according to the classification guidance, scientific orientation, prominent advantages, hierarchical construction, the principle of appropriate school system, based on the realization of talent training, scientific research, service society, cultural heritage and innovation of the four university functions to carry out the construction of university characteristics. From the external conditions of university development and its own reality, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the construction of the characteristics of various types of colleges and universities, and provides guidance for the realization of the implicit development of higher education. The full text consists of five parts Part one: introduction. This paper expounds the background, purpose and significance of the research, the basic ideas and methods of the research and the innovation of the research. At the same time, it defines the related concepts, combs the domestic and foreign research status, and expounds the necessity and feasibility of the research. The second part: the characteristic theory research and the characteristic construction analysis of our country university. This paper divides the research and construction of university characteristic theory into two stages, and generalizes the present situation and existing problems of university characteristic construction in China. The third part: the logic and theory foundation of university characteristic construction based on university function. This paper analyzes the logical relationship between university characteristics and university functions, and expounds the theoretical basis of the construction of university characteristics based on university functions in order to provide the basis for further research. The fourth part: the comparative analysis of some cases of foreign higher education characteristic construction. This paper analyzes the successful cases of university characteristic construction in the United States and Japan, and expounds the enlightenment of the foreign university characteristic construction to the university characteristic construction of our country. The fifth part: the analysis of the countermeasures of university characteristic construction based on university function. According to the theory and logic foundation of university characteristic construction, this study puts forward the general requirements, principles, strategies and suggestions of university characteristic construction based on university function.
