【摘要】：社會主義核心價值體系，是社會主義意識形態(tài)的本質(zhì)體現(xiàn)，引導(dǎo)著社會主義發(fā)展方向與目標，在我國整個社會價值體系中處于支配地位，發(fā)揮主導(dǎo)作用。黨的“十七大”提出“要切實把社會主義和諧價值體系融入國民教育和精神文明建設(shè)全過程，，轉(zhuǎn)化為人民自覺追求”，積極探索用社會主義核心價值體系引領(lǐng)社會思潮的有效途徑。高校是思想政治文化建設(shè)與人才培養(yǎng)的重要場所，對構(gòu)建社會主義和諧文化和建設(shè)社會主義核心價值體系具有重要作用。基于社會主義核心價值體系，研究提高高校思想政治教育實效性的途徑，使社會主義核心價值體系切實地成為大學(xué)生的行動指南，確保思想政治教育的順利進行，對大學(xué)生自身的健康成長，增強高校思想政治教育的實效性，發(fā)展中國特色社會主義事業(yè)，以及構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會都具有重大意義。 本文從社會主義核心價值體系與高校思想政治教育實效性的基本概念和關(guān)系入手，通過研究當(dāng)代高校思想政治教育實效性現(xiàn)狀，分析了影響實效性的因素，并在構(gòu)建基于社會主義核心價值體系的高校思想政治教育實效性評價體系基礎(chǔ)上，有針對性的具體研究了提高實效性過程中所要堅持的原則，內(nèi)容的更新，方法的改進，系統(tǒng)探討了“四位一體”的全方面環(huán)境優(yōu)化，以及全方位的科學(xué)有效的實現(xiàn)途徑，并在最后提出了保障措施。
[Abstract]:The socialist core value system is the essential embodiment of socialist ideology, which guides the direction and goal of socialist development and plays a dominant role in the whole social value system of our country. The 17th National Congress of the Party put forward that "the socialist harmonious value system should be truly integrated into the whole process of national education and the construction of spiritual civilization, and be translated into the conscious pursuit of the people." Actively explore the effective way to lead the social trend of thought with the socialist core value system. Colleges and universities are important places for ideological, political and cultural construction and talent training, which play an important role in building socialist harmonious culture and building socialist core value system. Based on the socialist core value system, this paper studies the ways to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, so as to make the socialist core value system a practical guide for college students to ensure the smooth progress of ideological and political education. It is of great significance for the healthy growth of college students, the enhancement of the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the development of socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, and the construction of a harmonious socialist society. Starting with the basic concept and relationship between the socialist core value system and the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the factors influencing the effectiveness of ideological and political education in contemporary colleges and universities by studying the present situation of the effectiveness of ideological and political education. And on the basis of constructing the evaluation system of the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities based on the socialist core value system, this paper specifically studies the principles, contents and methods to be adhered to in the process of improving the effectiveness. This paper systematically discusses the whole aspect environment optimization of "four in one", as well as the all-around scientific and effective way to realize it, and puts forward the safeguard measures at the end.
