【摘要】：大學(xué)教師參與國(guó)際化不僅為教育國(guó)際化所關(guān)注,更是大學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的題中應(yīng)有之意。以H大學(xué)為案例的實(shí)證分析發(fā)現(xiàn),雖然教師國(guó)際化意識(shí)較強(qiáng),也在一定程度上付諸行動(dòng),但是教師對(duì)國(guó)際化的理解和參與行為仍有限,跨境交流比例低,參與形式以科研為主,對(duì)本土課程教學(xué)國(guó)際化的參與尚未落實(shí)到課程教學(xué)的設(shè)計(jì)與改革層面,組織所提供的條件仍是教師參與的制約因素。不過,隨著政策、制度變化,教師參與在未來呈增多趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:The internationalization of university teachers' participation is not only concerned about the internationalization of education, but also the meaning of the professional development of university teachers. The empirical analysis of H University shows that although teachers have a strong sense of internationalization and take action to a certain extent, teachers' understanding and participation in internationalization are still limited, the proportion of cross-border exchanges is low, and the form of participation is mainly scientific research. The participation in the internationalization of local curriculum teaching has not yet been implemented to the level of curriculum design and reform, and the conditions provided by the organization are still the restrictive factors for teachers' participation. However, with the change of policy and system, teacher participation will increase in the future.
