【摘要】：社會實踐是馬克思主義教育思想的重要內(nèi)容之一，是全面貫徹黨和國家的教育方針，培養(yǎng)社會事業(yè)合格接班人的必要途徑。社會實踐是人類能動的改造自然和社會的全部活動，高校開展大學生社會實踐活動是提高大學生認識世界和改造世界能力的有效方法。 本文采用文獻分析和調(diào)查研究的方法，以社會學的理論為分析工具，對大學生安全教育與管理問題進行了系統(tǒng)地分析，并提出了改善高校大學生社會實踐教育與管理的對策。本文認為，高校大學生參加社會實踐，是大學生學習成長的重要途徑之一，對大學生快速融入社會、適應社會，對貫徹落實國家的有關政策法規(guī)，有著重要的意義。 近年來，高校在大學生社會實踐工作開展上也取得了一定成績，但同時在學校體制上、學生管理上、學生教育上也出現(xiàn)了各種各樣的問題。造成這些問題的原因主要有學校體制不完善，社會環(huán)境不和諧、大學生自身因素不穩(wěn)定。要想搞好大學生社會實踐工作，和完善大學生社會實踐教育與管理，就要從社會、學校、大學生個人方面入手，剖析問題，，提出對策。
[Abstract]:Social practice is one of the important contents of Marxist educational thought. It is the necessary way to carry out the educational policy of the Party and the country and to train the qualified successors of social undertakings. Social practice is all the activities of human being to transform nature and society. It is an effective method to improve the students' understanding of the world and their ability to transform the world by carrying out the social practice activities of college students. Using the methods of literature analysis and investigation and research, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the safety education and management of college students with the theory of sociology as an analytical tool, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the social practice education and management of college students. This paper holds that the participation of college students in social practice is one of the important ways for college students to learn and grow. It is of great significance for college students to quickly integrate into the society, adapt to the society and carry out the relevant policies and regulations of the country. In recent years, colleges and universities have also made certain achievements in the development of social practice of college students, but at the same time, in the school system, student management, student education, there are also a variety of problems. The main causes of these problems are imperfect school system, disharmonious social environment and unstable factors of college students themselves. In order to do a good job in college students' social practice and to perfect the education and management of college students' social practice, it is necessary to analyze the problems and put forward countermeasures from the aspects of society, school and college students.
