【摘要】：隨著高等教育日益大眾化、國際化的發(fā)展趨勢,外國高校準(zhǔn)入門檻的降低加大了國內(nèi)高校教育資源的競爭,對國內(nèi)的大學(xué)教育體系提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。加快高等教育發(fā)展的步伐,多渠道籌措資金,多元化模式發(fā)展,積極建設(shè)民辦高等教育是發(fā)展新時期、新環(huán)境下高等教育的必由之路。民辦高校能否在日益激烈的競爭中很好的生存,并且始終保持活力繁榮發(fā)展,關(guān)鍵在于民辦高校能否培養(yǎng)出符合社會需要的優(yōu)秀人才,這其中很重要的一項(xiàng)工作就是做好民辦高校大學(xué)生的思想動員工作,提高民辦高校學(xué)生的思想道德教育水平。 民辦高校大學(xué)生的思想道德教育,既包含普通高校大學(xué)生思想的一般模式,也有著民辦高校大學(xué)生自身特殊的規(guī)律性。因此,有必要針對民辦高校及其學(xué)生自身的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合民辦高校教育的現(xiàn)狀和規(guī)律,對民辦高校學(xué)生的思想道德教育進(jìn)行研究。 為了更真實(shí)、具體地了解、認(rèn)識、分析當(dāng)前黑龍江省民辦高校學(xué)生的思想道德現(xiàn)狀,擬編寫了一份關(guān)于民辦高校學(xué)生思想道德狀況的問卷。筆者通過問卷調(diào)查的方式對黑龍江省內(nèi)4所民辦高校學(xué)生思想道德基本情況展開調(diào)查,本次調(diào)查共發(fā)放問卷200份,回收問卷196份,回收率為98%,有效問卷182份,有效率為92.8%。對收回的問卷調(diào)查表進(jìn)行整理后,取得了大量可靠、有效的數(shù)據(jù)。根據(jù)對取得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行綜合分析與研究,對黑龍江省民辦高校學(xué)生思想道德現(xiàn)狀有了基本的認(rèn)識,對學(xué)生中存在的問題進(jìn)行了歸納和分析。 全文共分為三個部分：首先,立足民辦高校學(xué)生思想道德教育的地位和作用,明確了民辦高校學(xué)生思想道德教育的目標(biāo),揭示了進(jìn)行該研究的意義；其次,在問卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,從學(xué)生的價值取向、進(jìn)取精神、道德意識、綜合素質(zhì)、自律意識和人生態(tài)度六個方面分析了黑龍江省民辦高校學(xué)生思想道德教育的現(xiàn)狀,找出存在的問題及問題形成的原因；最后,針對黑龍江省民辦高校學(xué)生思想道德教育問題產(chǎn)生的原因,從校園文化環(huán)境、家庭教育資源環(huán)境、社會環(huán)境、輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、思想政治理論課程建設(shè)質(zhì)量方面入手,結(jié)合現(xiàn)階段黑龍江省民辦高校實(shí)際情況,提出一些可行性的對策。希望通過這一研究,為今后民辦高校思想道德教育工作的開展提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the increasing popularity of higher education and the trend of internationalization, the reduction of the entrance threshold for foreign universities has increased the competition of educational resources in domestic colleges and universities, and put forward new challenges to the domestic university education system. It is necessary to accelerate the development of higher education, raise funds in many channels, develop diversified modes, and actively build private higher education. To develop the new era and the only way of higher education in the new environment. Whether the private colleges and universities can survive well in the increasingly fierce competition and maintain the vitality and prosperity, the key lies in whether the private colleges can cultivate outstanding talents which meet the needs of the society. We want to mobilize work to improve the ideological and moral education level of private college students.
The ideological and moral education of college students in private colleges and universities includes the general mode of College Students' thought and the special regularity of the private college students themselves. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the ideological and moral education of private colleges and universities to the characteristics of private colleges and universities and their students' own characteristics and the current situation and laws of private college education. Research.
In order to be more real, to understand, understand and analyze the current ideological and moral status of the students in private colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province, a questionnaire about the ideological and moral status of students in private colleges and universities is prepared. The author investigates the basic situation of Ideological and moral students in 4 Private Colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province by questionnaire. 200 questionnaires were issued and 196 questionnaires were collected, the recovery rate was 98%, the effective questionnaire was 182, and the effective data were obtained after the collection of the returned questionnaire by 92.8%.. Based on the comprehensive analysis and study of the data obtained, there was a basic understanding of the ideological and moral status of the students in the private colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province. The problems existing in the students are summarized and analyzed.
The full text is divided into three parts: first, based on the status and function of the ideological and moral education of the private college students, the aim of the ideological and moral education of the students in the private colleges and universities is clarified, and the significance of the study is revealed. Secondly, on the basis of the questionnaire survey, the students' value orientation, enterprising spirit, moral consciousness, comprehensive quality and self-discipline are made. In the six aspects of knowledge and life attitude, the present situation of Ideological and moral education of students in private colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province is analyzed, and the existing problems and reasons are found. Finally, in view of the reasons for the ideological and moral education of students in private colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province, from the campus cultural environment, the family education resources environment, the social environment, and the counselors. The construction of the team, the quality of the ideological and political theory course construction, combined with the actual situation in Heilongjiang private colleges and universities at the present stage, put forward some feasible countermeasures. Through this study, we hope to provide the basis for the development of Ideological and moral education of private colleges and universities in the future.
