【摘要】：院校研究是從國外引入的一種新的教育研究思想和研究方式,是綜合應(yīng)用高等教育學(xué)、高等教育管理學(xué)、現(xiàn)代管理科學(xué)等理論知識,統(tǒng)計學(xué)、計算機(jī)信息處理等技術(shù),運(yùn)用科學(xué)的方法對單個高校的辦學(xué)及發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、教育資源的使用及內(nèi)部管理等進(jìn)行定性和定量研究,提出具體的對策和實踐方案,為學(xué)校提供政策、制度等方面的決策咨詢服務(wù)。高等教育大眾化是院校研究產(chǎn)生的重要原因。高等教育規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大使得高等教育系統(tǒng)面臨很多新的問題,而傳統(tǒng)的以經(jīng)驗為主的高校管理模式并不能很好的解決這些問題,管理需要科學(xué)化,精細(xì)化。以數(shù)據(jù)、信息為基礎(chǔ)的院校研究有助于促進(jìn)高校管理的現(xiàn)代化。 本文在收集大量文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,采用文獻(xiàn)法和比較法,對國內(nèi)外院校研究的狀況進(jìn)行整理和分析,預(yù)測出我國院校研究的發(fā)展趨勢。全文框架如下：第一章緒論；第二章國內(nèi)外院校研究歷史；第三章院校研究的基本理論；第四章我國院校研究的現(xiàn)狀分析；第五章我國院校研究的發(fā)展趨勢。 在國內(nèi)外院校研究歷史部分,主要對國外院校研究的起源和發(fā)展、院校研究的概念、機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)置及具體運(yùn)作模式和實施效果進(jìn)行了分析；在我國院校研究的歷史方面,主要從美國院校研究思想的引入和我國院校研究發(fā)展的三階段(引入消化、初步探索和深入研究)進(jìn)行分析梳理,理清了國內(nèi)外院校研究發(fā)展的歷史脈絡(luò)。 在院校研究的基本理論部分,主要從院校研究的理論基礎(chǔ)、本質(zhì)特征等方面進(jìn)行論述。闡述了三種典型的高等教育管理理論在院校研究中的應(yīng)用,說明了高等教育理論對院校研究的指導(dǎo)意義。 通過對我國院校研究的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,說明了我國開展院校研究取得的成績以及存在的問題。問題主要有五個方面：院校研究的本土化還有一個過程；目的和目標(biāo)的單一性有很大的局限性；學(xué)科體系和知識體系還不太成熟；具體運(yùn)作的方式在操作上有困難；思想觀念上還缺乏廣泛的認(rèn)同。針對以上問題,筆者認(rèn)為應(yīng)該建立院校研究的基本思想,形成院校研究的理論體系,完善院校研究的基本制度,探索院校研究的有效模式。
[Abstract]:College research is a new educational research thought and research method introduced from abroad. It is a comprehensive application of higher education, higher education management, modern management science and other theories, statistics, computer information processing and other technologies, and the use of scientific methods to the school and development strategy of a single university, the use of educational resources and the internal. The management and so on are qualitative and quantitative research, put forward specific countermeasures and practical plans to provide policy and system of policy and consultation services for schools. The popularization of higher education is an important reason for the study of colleges and universities. The expansion of higher education scale makes the higher education system facing many new problems, and the traditional one is based on experience. The management model of colleges and universities can not solve these problems well, and the management needs to be scientific and fine. The research of colleges and Universities Based on data and information helps to promote the modernization of university management.
On the basis of collecting a large number of documents, this paper collects and analyses the status of academic research at home and abroad by means of literature and comparison, and predicts the development trend of the research in Colleges and universities in China. The full text is as follows: the first chapter is the introduction; the second chapter of the study history at home and abroad; the third chapter of the basic theory of college research; the fourth chapter The current situation of China's institutional research is analyzed, and the fifth chapter is the development trend of China's institutional research.
In the history of research at home and abroad, it mainly analyzes the origin and development of foreign academic research, the concept of university research, the establishment of institutions and the specific operation mode and implementation effect. In the history of our university research, the introduction of research ideas in American colleges and universities and the three stage of the research and development of China's colleges and universities are introduced. Digestion, preliminary exploration and in-depth study have analyzed and sorted out the historical context of the development of academic research both at home and abroad.
In the basic theory of academic research, this paper mainly discusses the theoretical basis and essential characteristics of college research, expounds the application of three typical theories of higher education management in the research of colleges and universities, and illustrates the guiding significance of the theory of higher education to the research of colleges and universities.
Through the analysis of the present situation of the research in China's colleges and universities, the achievements and problems in the study of colleges and universities have been explained. There are five main problems: the localization of the research in Colleges and universities is still a process; the single nature of the objectives and objectives has great limitations; the discipline system and the knowledge system are not too mature; concrete transportation is carried out. In view of the above problems, I think we should establish the basic ideas of college research, form the theoretical system of college research, perfect the basic system of college research, and explore the effective model of college research.
