【摘要】：本研究從本土化的視角出發(fā),探討了通識教育在美國大學(xué)中源起及發(fā)展的軌跡,提出了美國大學(xué)通識教育是以其實(shí)用主義等本土文化及現(xiàn)實(shí)問題為基礎(chǔ),對英國傳統(tǒng)的自由教育進(jìn)行發(fā)展變革的觀點(diǎn)。文章進(jìn)一步指出,理性看待課程的實(shí)用化、調(diào)和學(xué)術(shù)文化變革、培育知識責(zé)任、培養(yǎng)世界公民是本土化后美國大學(xué)通識教育的主要內(nèi)涵。文章最后對通識教育在中國大學(xué)的本土化提出了建議。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of localization, this study discusses the origin and development of general education in American universities, and points out that American college general education is based on its pragmatism and other native culture and practical problems. The idea of developing and transforming the traditional British liberal education. The paper further points out that the main connotation of American college general education after localization is rational view of the practicality of curriculum, reconciliation of academic and cultural changes, cultivation of knowledge responsibility and cultivation of world citizens. At the end of the paper, the author puts forward some suggestions on the localization of general education in Chinese universities.
