【摘要】：大學(xué)生是我國十分重要的人才資源，是社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化事業(yè)的建設(shè)者，他們的素質(zhì)高低直接影響著全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)、加快推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的宏偉目標(biāo)能否順利實(shí)現(xiàn)。大學(xué)生思想政治教育是幫助大學(xué)生提高素質(zhì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)全面發(fā)展、成為合格人才的根本途徑，是我國高等教育的重要組成部分。過去60多年來，我國大學(xué)生思想政治教育在黨和國家的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，始終堅(jiān)持先進(jìn)的教育理念，不斷豐富教育內(nèi)容，創(chuàng)新教育方法，完善教育體系，對大學(xué)生確立符合社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)要求的價(jià)值理念起到了重大的幫助作用，使他們能夠在走上工作崗位后盡情展現(xiàn)自己的聰明才智，使我國的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)呈現(xiàn)出了強(qiáng)大的生命力。 但是，時(shí)代在發(fā)展，，社會(huì)在進(jìn)步，使得對大學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想政治教育工作時(shí)出現(xiàn)了不適應(yīng)當(dāng)前社會(huì)發(fā)展需要，跟不上時(shí)代前進(jìn)步伐的情況。一是思想政治教育工作的實(shí)效性和針對性不強(qiáng)，二是對文化多樣性帶來的負(fù)面影響缺乏清晰認(rèn)識，三是高校思想政治教育環(huán)境不佳，四是思想政治教育工作隊(duì)伍建設(shè)有待加強(qiáng)。究其原因，一是教育方式方法缺乏靈活性，二是教育載體比較單調(diào)；三是不能根據(jù)學(xué)生自身特點(diǎn)開展教育工作；四是教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)還存在不足之處。針對存在的這些問題，必須采取相應(yīng)的舉措。一是結(jié)合大學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行教育工作；二是要充分發(fā)揮教育者的主導(dǎo)作用；三是要激發(fā)受教育者的主體作用；四是要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造思想政治教育的良好環(huán)境；五是要提高思想政治教育工作人員的綜合素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:College students are very important human resources and builders of socialist modernization in our country. Their quality directly affects the overall construction of a well-off society and whether or not the grand goal of accelerating the socialist modernization can be realized smoothly. Ideological and political education of college students is a fundamental way to help college students improve their quality, achieve all-round development and become qualified personnel. It is also an important part of higher education in China. In the past 60 years, under the leadership of the Party and the state, the ideological and political education of college students in our country has always adhered to advanced educational concepts, continuously enriched the educational contents, innovated educational methods, and improved the educational system. It has played an important role in helping college students to establish values that meet the requirements of socialist modernization, enabling them to display their wisdom and intelligence as much as they can when they go to work. So that China's socialist modernization has shown a strong vitality. However, with the development of the times and the progress of the society, the ideological and political education of college students does not meet the needs of the current social development and can not keep pace with the progress of the times. First, the effectiveness and pertinence of ideological and political education work is not strong, the second is the lack of a clear understanding of the negative impact of cultural diversity, the third is the poor environment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and the fourth is that the construction of ideological and political education work force needs to be strengthened. The reasons are the lack of flexibility in educational methods, the monotonous carrier of education, the inability to carry out educational work according to the students' own characteristics, and the deficiency in the construction of teachers. In view of these problems, we must take corresponding measures. One is to combine the characteristics of college students, the other is to give full play to the leading role of educators; third, to stimulate the main role of the educatees; fourth, to create a good environment for ideological and political education; Fifth, it is necessary to improve the comprehensive quality of ideological and political education staff.
