【摘要】:中哈兩國(guó)是山水相連的友好鄰邦,隨著中哈兩國(guó)關(guān)系的深化,經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易來往增多,在哈薩克斯坦需要學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)者日益增多。從開展?jié)h語(yǔ)教學(xué)的學(xué)校分布情況來看,越靠近中哈邊境,開展?jié)h語(yǔ)教學(xué)的學(xué)校越多,特別是離中國(guó)最近的大城市阿拉木圖較為突出,近年來在遠(yuǎn)離中哈邊境地區(qū)較遠(yuǎn)的哈國(guó)北部,南部及西部地區(qū)城市的“漢語(yǔ)熱”也在逐年升溫,漸呈燎原之勢(shì)。 本文擬就哈薩克斯坦阿克托別市漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)及學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查和研究,以此來了解阿克托別高校漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,這對(duì)提高阿克托別高校學(xué)生對(duì)漢語(yǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)及高校漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)質(zhì)量、提高漢語(yǔ)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量、促進(jìn)漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)在阿克托別的推廣以及中哈兩國(guó)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化交流具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 從阿克托別拜依什大學(xué)2007年首次開設(shè)漢語(yǔ)課程,到2011年阿克托別孔子學(xué)院成立,對(duì)拜依什大學(xué)和孔子學(xué)院來講都是進(jìn)行摸索、試驗(yàn)并不斷積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)的初級(jí)階段。這一時(shí)期的主要任務(wù)是開創(chuàng)和發(fā)展?jié)h語(yǔ)教育事業(yè),由于各方面條件的局限,尤其是師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)方面存在的問題,制約了拜依什大學(xué)和孔子學(xué)院的學(xué)科建設(shè),兩家教學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)在教材建設(shè)、教學(xué)方法、學(xué)術(shù)研究方面還有許多工作需要去做。隨著孔子學(xué)院漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)逐步向多層次、多類型、比較完整的教育體系和課程體系發(fā)展,必將對(duì)孔子學(xué)院的教師素質(zhì)提出更高的要求。拜依什大學(xué)和孔子學(xué)院漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)目前面臨的諸多問題都說明,首先應(yīng)該關(guān)注師資方面凸顯出來的問題,孔子學(xué)院尤其要注意培養(yǎng)漢語(yǔ)教師具備與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的教學(xué)理念,漢語(yǔ)教師應(yīng)該熟練掌握俄語(yǔ)或者哈語(yǔ),提高自身素質(zhì),也方便與學(xué)生講課和溝通。師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)是學(xué)科建設(shè)的重要標(biāo)志,同時(shí)還應(yīng)該有一至兩名博士學(xué)歷或副教授以上職稱的可以用本地語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行研究的專家型教師作為學(xué)科帶頭人,以學(xué)術(shù)研究帶動(dòng)教學(xué)水平,舉辦講座并開設(shè)雙語(yǔ)翻譯特色課程,發(fā)展中文專業(yè)和漢語(yǔ)學(xué)歷教育,使孔子學(xué)院的漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)邁上更高的臺(tái)階,為阿克托別地區(qū)的漢語(yǔ)教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。 本論文信息內(nèi)容60%來自于問卷調(diào)查,25%來自訪談,15%來自于參考文獻(xiàn)與注釋。
[Abstract]:China and Kazakhstan are friendly neighbors linked by mountains and rivers. With the deepening of Sino-Kazakh relations and the increase of economic and trade exchanges, there are more and more people who need to learn Chinese in Kazakhstan. Judging from the distribution of Chinese language teaching schools, the closer they are to the border between China and Kazakhstan, the more schools they carry out Chinese teaching, especially in Almaty, the nearest big city in China. In recent years, the "Chinese fever" in the cities of northern, southern and western Kazakhstan far from the border area between China and Kazakhstan has been rising year by year, and has gradually become a prairie fire. This paper intends to investigate and study the present situation of Chinese teaching and students' study in Aktobe, Kazakhstan, in order to understand the present situation of Chinese teaching in Aktobe colleges and universities. This will improve the learning of Chinese and the quality of teaching Chinese in colleges and universities, improve the quality of training Chinese talents, promote the promotion of Chinese teaching in Akto and the politics of China and Kazakhstan. Economic and cultural exchanges have important theoretical and practical significance. From the first opening of Chinese course in Aktobeth University in 2007 to the establishment of Confucius Institute in Aktobe in 2011, it is a preliminary stage for Baiesh University and Confucius Institute to explore, experiment and accumulate experience. The main task of this period is to create and develop Chinese language education. Due to the limitations of various conditions, especially the problems in the construction of teachers, the discipline construction of Baiesh University and Confucius Institute has been restricted. There is still a lot of work to be done in textbook construction, teaching methods and academic research. With the gradual development of Confucius Institute Chinese teaching towards multi-level, multi-type, relatively complete educational system and curriculum system, the teachers' quality of Confucius Institute will be demanded higher. Many problems in the teaching of Chinese language in Baiesh University and Confucius Institute show that, first of all, attention should be paid to the outstanding problems of teachers, and Confucius Institutes should pay particular attention to training Chinese teachers to have the teaching idea of keeping pace with the times. Chinese teachers should be proficient in Russian or Kazakh, improve their own quality, and easy to teach and communicate with students. The construction of the teaching staff is an important symbol of discipline construction. At the same time, there should also be one or two expert teachers with a doctoral degree or an associate professor's title or above who can conduct research in the local language as the subject leader, with academic research driving the teaching level. Holding lectures and offering bilingual translation courses to develop Chinese major and Chinese diploma education, make the Chinese teaching of Confucius Institute to a higher level, and contribute to the development of Chinese education in Aktobe. 60% of the information in this paper comes from questionnaires, 25% from interviews and 15% from references and notes.
