【摘要】：為國(guó)家培養(yǎng)知識(shí)、能力、素養(yǎng)兼?zhèn)涞娜瞬攀歉咝５母救蝿?wù),不斷提高質(zhì)量是高校的生命線。教學(xué)評(píng)估對(duì)高校的教學(xué)管理工作起到了一定的推動(dòng)作用,教學(xué)盡管是高校的基礎(chǔ)工作,但不是工作的全部,教學(xué)質(zhì)量盡管很重要,但不是高等教育質(zhì)量的全部?jī)?nèi)容。要全面提高高等教育質(zhì)量,提升辦學(xué)水平,充分發(fā)揮評(píng)估的作用,有必要構(gòu)建集教學(xué)、科研、管理、服務(wù)、就業(yè)、文化等于一體的科學(xué)發(fā)展的高校管理評(píng)估體系。文章對(duì)構(gòu)建科學(xué)發(fā)展的高校管理評(píng)估體系的依據(jù)、意義及原則進(jìn)行了闡述。
[Abstract]:It is the basic task of colleges and universities to train the talents with knowledge, ability and accomplishment for the country, and to improve the quality continuously is the lifeline of colleges and universities. Teaching evaluation has played a certain role in promoting the teaching management in colleges and universities. Although teaching is the basic work of colleges and universities, it is not the whole of the work. Although the teaching quality is very important, it is not the whole content of the quality of higher education. In order to improve the quality of higher education, improve the level of running a school and give full play to the role of evaluation, it is necessary to construct a scientific management evaluation system that integrates teaching, scientific research, management, service, employment and culture. This paper expounds the basis, significance and principle of constructing a scientific management evaluation system for colleges and universities.
