【摘要】：以國外高校成熟的科研評估系統(tǒng)為基礎,對系統(tǒng)中的具體內容和權重進行必要修正后形成自己的體系是構建我國高等醫(yī)學院�？蒲心芰炔吭u估系統(tǒng)的較好方法。在英國高校科研評估系統(tǒng)的基礎上,結合我國高等醫(yī)學院�？蒲鞋F狀的實際,設計出更符合我國高等醫(yī)學院校實際的內部評估體系,并應用專家評定法確定了各因素權重。評估因素及權重設計側重于促進科研創(chuàng)新,并兼顧了科研與教學兩方面要求。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the mature scientific research evaluation system of foreign universities and the necessary revision of the specific content and weight of the system, it is a good method to construct the internal evaluation system of scientific research ability in the higher medical colleges and universities in China. On the basis of the scientific research evaluation system of British Colleges and universities, the present situation of scientific research in China's higher medical colleges and universities is combined. In practice, the internal evaluation system which is more in line with the actual medical colleges and universities in China is designed, and the weight of each factor is determined by the expert evaluation method. The design of evaluation factors and weights is focused on the promotion of scientific research and innovation, and the two aspects of scientific research and teaching are taken into consideration.
