【摘要】：隨著社會的深刻變革，就業(yè)形勢出現(xiàn)新局面，大學(xué)畢業(yè)生面臨就業(yè)的新挑戰(zhàn)，就業(yè)崗位緊缺，就業(yè)壓力越來越大。要緩解大學(xué)生的就業(yè)難題，提高高校的畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率，保證高校就業(yè)工作穩(wěn)定有序發(fā)展，迫切需要加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作。本文從大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)和思想政治教育的關(guān)系出發(fā)，論述了思想政治教育對大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的促進(jìn)作用，并分析了加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中思想政治教育作用的對策。 第一章：大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的現(xiàn)狀。概括了大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)取得的成績和存在的問題，以及存在問題的主要原因。大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)地位越來越突出，形式也在不斷創(chuàng)新，但教育形式還過于單一、教育內(nèi)容針對性不強(qiáng)、就業(yè)指導(dǎo)教師隊(duì)伍的專業(yè)素質(zhì)還有待提升。 第二章：大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中思想政治教育的內(nèi)容及作用。首先，概括了大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中思想政治教育的內(nèi)容，包括形勢與政策教育、誠信意識教育、心理健康教育、就業(yè)觀職業(yè)觀教育、職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育、職業(yè)道德教育、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育。其次，，闡述了大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中思想政治教育發(fā)揮的作用。這部分內(nèi)容是本文研究的重點(diǎn)。 第三章：加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中思想政治教育作用的對策。首先，不斷完善大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中思想政治教育的內(nèi)容；其次，加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)師資隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)；再次，改進(jìn)大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中思想政治教育的工作方法；最后，構(gòu)建完整的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)教學(xué)體系。這部分內(nèi)容是本文研究的難點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:With the profound transformation of the society, a new situation appears in the employment situation, the university graduates are faced with the new challenge of employment, the employment post is in short supply, and the employment pressure is increasing. In order to alleviate the employment problem of college students, improve the employment rate of college graduates and ensure the steady and orderly development of employment work in colleges and universities, it is urgent to strengthen the employment guidance work of college students. Starting from the relationship between college students' employment guidance and ideological and political education, this paper discusses the role of ideological and political education in promoting college students' employment guidance, and analyzes the countermeasures to strengthen the role of ideological and political education in college students' employment guidance. Chapter one: the present situation of employment guidance for college students. This paper summarizes the achievements and problems of college students' employment guidance, and the main reasons for the problems. The position of employment guidance for college students is more and more prominent and the form is constantly innovating. However, the form of education is too single, the content of education is not strong, and the professional quality of the teaching team of employment guidance needs to be improved. Chapter two: the content and function of ideological and political education in employment guidance of college students. First of all, it summarizes the contents of ideological and political education in college students' employment guidance, including situation and policy education, honesty education, mental health education, employment outlook education, career planning education, professional ethics education. Entrepreneurship education. Secondly, it expounds the role of ideological and political education in the employment guidance of college students. This part is the focus of this paper. Chapter three: the countermeasures of strengthening ideological and political education in college students'employment guidance. First, to constantly improve the content of ideological and political education in the employment guidance of college students; secondly, to strengthen the construction of college students' employment guidance teachers; thirdly, to improve the working methods of ideological and political education in the employment guidance of college students; finally, Build a complete teaching system of employment guidance. This part is the difficulty of this paper.
