【摘要】：我國(guó)高等教育進(jìn)入大眾化教育階段后，高等教育的質(zhì)量與畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題成為社會(huì)各界廣泛關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)。特別是大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng)與研究，隨著“大學(xué)生就業(yè)難”問(wèn)題的突顯而越來(lái)越受到政府、企業(yè)、學(xué)校和大學(xué)生的關(guān)注。 作為將“生源”視為生命線的民辦高校來(lái)說(shuō)，“出口好”決定了“入口旺”。所以，就業(yè)工作的好壞，成為民辦高校尤為看重的一塊。本文以民辦高校為立足點(diǎn)，通過(guò)對(duì)比分析我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀，闡明了大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中，政府、企業(yè)、學(xué)校、學(xué)生個(gè)人所應(yīng)承擔(dān)的責(zé)任及義務(wù)，最終指出了民辦高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的模式，對(duì)整個(gè)大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力的研究是一個(gè)必不可少的補(bǔ)充。 文章通過(guò)比較法、文獻(xiàn)法、個(gè)案法等研究方法，在綜合國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力主要研究資料的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析，對(duì)民辦高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和歸納，提出了進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的對(duì)策和建議。 第一章緒論部分簡(jiǎn)單介紹了本研究的研究背景、研究意義、研究思路與方法以及國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究文獻(xiàn)綜述。第二章對(duì)就業(yè)能力的概念，特別是大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力的基本構(gòu)成進(jìn)行了界定，對(duì)加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行了整理歸納。第三章針對(duì)民辦高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀，從民辦高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)中體現(xiàn)的特色、存在的問(wèn)題，從政府行為、企業(yè)參與度、高校培養(yǎng)、人才自身等多角度進(jìn)行研究，分析歸納了其就業(yè)能力不足的內(nèi)在原因。第四章通過(guò)列舉國(guó)外其他高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的狀況，，總結(jié)了國(guó)外大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)帶給我們的啟示。第五章根據(jù)前面提出的問(wèn)題和得到的啟示進(jìn)行了分析處理，提出了解決民辦高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的對(duì)策和建議，從政府、企業(yè)、高校、學(xué)生本人等方面來(lái)共同努力，促進(jìn)民辦高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)工作的進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:After China's higher education enters the stage of mass education, the quality of higher education and the employment of graduates have become the focus of attention from all walks of life. Especially, the cultivation and research of college students' employability have been paid more and more attention by the government, enterprises, schools and college students. As the lifeblood of private colleges and universities, "good export" determines the "flourishing entrance". Therefore, the quality of employment work, private colleges and universities are particularly valued a piece. Based on the stand of private colleges and universities, this paper, by comparing and analyzing the present situation of employment ability cultivation of college students in our country, expounds the responsibility and obligation that the government, enterprises, schools and students should bear in the process of cultivating college students' employability. Finally, it points out the mode of cultivating the employability of private college students, which is an indispensable supplement to the study of the employment ability of the whole college students. Through comparative method, literature method, case method and other research methods, this paper analyzes the present situation of employment ability training of college students in China on the basis of synthesizing the main research data of college students' employability both at home and abroad. This paper summarizes and induces the mode of cultivating the employability of private college students, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to further strengthen the cultivation of the employability of college students. The first chapter briefly introduces the research background, research significance, research ideas and methods, as well as domestic and foreign literature review. The second chapter defines the concept of employability, especially the basic composition of college students' employability, and summarizes the basic theory of strengthening the cultivation of college students' employability. The third chapter aims at the present situation of cultivating the employment ability of the private college students, from the characteristics and problems of the private college students' employment ability cultivation, from the government behavior, the enterprise participation degree, the university training, This paper analyzes and sums up the internal reasons of the lack of employment ability. The fourth chapter summarizes the enlightenment of foreign college students' employment ability training by enumerating the status of employment ability training in other foreign colleges and universities. The fifth chapter analyzes and deals with the problems raised above and the revelations, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of cultivating the employability of private college students, making joint efforts from the government, enterprises, colleges and universities, students themselves, etc. To promote the work of fostering the employability of private college students.
