【摘要】：本研究主要基于全球經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治一體化對具有國際視野的應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)的迫切需要和目前地方高校課程建設(shè)重理論、輕實(shí)踐的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況而展開的，旨在探索構(gòu)建一種綜合性強(qiáng)、實(shí)踐性突出、國外優(yōu)勢資源開發(fā)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展良好對接，在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下實(shí)現(xiàn)地方高校應(yīng)用型人才本土國際化培養(yǎng)的課程質(zhì)量保障體系，以滿足高等教育國際化和高校課程改革對區(qū)域社會應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)的需要，提高地方高校應(yīng)用型人才的國際競爭力，提升地市高校的辦學(xué)價(jià)值和社會地位。 本文以高等教育國際化為背景，通過理論評述和國內(nèi)外地方高校課程質(zhì)量保障體系的歷史與比較研究，總結(jié)其存在的問題，分析其經(jīng)驗(yàn)，作為我國地方高校課程質(zhì)量保障體系構(gòu)建的借鑒。同時(shí)解析地方高校課程質(zhì)量保障體系的因素系統(tǒng)，提出了地方高校課程質(zhì)量保障體系的構(gòu)建策略。 本文分為以下幾個(gè)主要部分： 首先，分析地方高校課程質(zhì)量保障體系構(gòu)建的依據(jù)和原則。遵循教育以及人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)律，從當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的市場特征下人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)變的客觀現(xiàn)實(shí)入手，以高等教育學(xué)、高等教育管理學(xué)等學(xué)科相關(guān)理論為支撐，解析構(gòu)建地方高校課程質(zhì)量保障體系的理論依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)，并提出地方高校課程質(zhì)量保障體系的構(gòu)建原則。 其次，比較分析中外地方高校應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)的課程質(zhì)量保障體系，分析其總體特征，以資借鑒。 其三，解析構(gòu)建地方高校課程質(zhì)量保障體系的影響因素。通過文本研究和個(gè)案分析等方法，形成地方高校課程質(zhì)量保障體系構(gòu)建的因素系統(tǒng)；根據(jù)各因素的功能及其關(guān)系，構(gòu)建課程質(zhì)量保障體系。 最后，構(gòu)建地方高校課程質(zhì)量保障體系策略。包括課程理念轉(zhuǎn)變策略、課程體系優(yōu)化策略、師資培訓(xùn)策略、課程資源重組策略、課程管理精細(xì)化策略等。
[Abstract]:This research is mainly based on the urgent need of global economic and political integration for the cultivation of applied talents with an international perspective and the realistic situation that curriculum construction in local colleges and universities emphasizes theory rather than practice at present. The purpose of this paper is to explore and construct a kind of curriculum quality guarantee system, which has strong comprehensiveness, outstanding practicality, good docking between the development of foreign superior resources and regional economic development, and realizes the local internationalization cultivation of applied talents in local colleges and universities under the background of economic globalization. In order to meet the needs of internationalization of higher education and curriculum reform of colleges and universities to cultivate applied talents in regional society, to improve the international competitiveness of applied talents in local colleges and universities, and to enhance the value and social status of local universities. Taking the internationalization of higher education as the background, this paper summarizes the existing problems and analyzes its experience through the theoretical review and the historical and comparative research on the guarantee system of curriculum quality in local colleges and universities at home and abroad. As a reference for the construction of curriculum quality assurance system in local colleges and universities in China. At the same time, it analyzes the factor system of the local university curriculum quality assurance system, and puts forward the construction strategy of the local university curriculum quality assurance system. This article is divided into the following main parts: First of all, it analyzes the basis and principle of the construction of curriculum quality guarantee system in local colleges and universities. Following the laws of education and talent training, starting from the objective reality of the change of talent training objectives under the market characteristics of economic globalization, and taking the relevant theories of higher education, higher education management and other disciplines as the support, This paper analyzes the theoretical basis and practical basis of constructing the guarantee system of curriculum quality in local colleges and universities, and puts forward the principles of constructing the guarantee system of curriculum quality in local colleges and universities. Secondly, the quality guarantee system of applied talents training in local colleges and universities at home and abroad is comparatively analyzed, and its overall characteristics are analyzed for reference. Third, analyze the factors that influence the construction of local university curriculum quality assurance system. By means of text research and case analysis, this paper forms a factor system for the construction of curriculum quality assurance system in local colleges and universities, and constructs a course quality assurance system according to the function and relationship of each factor. Finally, the construction of local colleges and universities curriculum quality assurance system strategy. Including the strategy of curriculum concept transformation, optimization of curriculum system, teacher training strategy, curriculum resource reorganization strategy, curriculum management refinement strategy and so on.
