體育學(xué)碩士研究生教育質(zhì)量社會(huì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建

【摘要】:質(zhì)量是研究生教育的生命,是研究生教育持續(xù)發(fā)展的一個(gè)根本保證,評(píng)價(jià)研究生的教育質(zhì)量需要建立相應(yīng)的教育質(zhì)量評(píng)估體系。目前我國(guó)的研究生教育質(zhì)量評(píng)估體系主要集中在政府、學(xué)校和一些社會(huì)評(píng)估機(jī)構(gòu)。評(píng)估的指標(biāo)大多集中在師資隊(duì)伍、學(xué)校硬件設(shè)施、專業(yè)設(shè)置、教學(xué)改革、教學(xué)管理等方面。研究生教育質(zhì)量的評(píng)估不僅應(yīng)該包括政府學(xué)校的評(píng)估,更應(yīng)該吸納來(lái)自用人單位、社會(huì)公眾的評(píng)價(jià),使之形成一個(gè)立體評(píng)價(jià)網(wǎng)絡(luò),揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短,充分發(fā)揮各種評(píng)價(jià)形式的作用,以提高研究生教育質(zhì)量。本文運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、特菲爾法等研究方法,對(duì)目前我國(guó)體育學(xué)碩士研究生教育質(zhì)量社會(huì)評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查和分析。并根據(jù)調(diào)查的結(jié)果運(yùn)用層次分析法,計(jì)算出了各因素對(duì)目標(biāo)的影響權(quán)重大小,從而構(gòu)建了體育學(xué)碩士研究生教育質(zhì)量社會(huì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 本文的主要研究結(jié)論有以下五點(diǎn) 1、要有真正意義上的社會(huì)評(píng)價(jià)中介機(jī)構(gòu)。目前我國(guó)研究生教育質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的目的主要是為政府部門服務(wù),滿足政府需要,其評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果也就具有單一性,不能真正適應(yīng)社會(huì)需求。要達(dá)到理想中的社會(huì)評(píng)價(jià)必須具有真正意義上的社會(huì)評(píng)價(jià)中介機(jī)構(gòu)。 2、界定了體育學(xué)碩士研究生教育質(zhì)量社會(huì)評(píng)價(jià)的定義。體育學(xué)碩士研究生教育質(zhì)量社會(huì)評(píng)價(jià)是指不同的評(píng)價(jià)主體(本文指用人單位、畢業(yè)生本人、社會(huì)公眾)對(duì)體育學(xué)碩士畢業(yè)生適應(yīng)社會(huì)需求程度進(jìn)行的衡量和評(píng)定。 3、得出目前我國(guó)體育學(xué)碩士研究生教育質(zhì)量社會(huì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)與其他學(xué)科評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)間共性多、個(gè)性少的特點(diǎn)。 4、設(shè)計(jì)出體育學(xué)碩士研究生教育質(zhì)量社會(huì)評(píng)價(jià)的具體指標(biāo),其中一級(jí)指標(biāo)3個(gè)、二級(jí)指標(biāo)9個(gè)、三級(jí)指標(biāo)33個(gè)。 5、建立體育學(xué)碩士研究生教育質(zhì)量社會(huì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。運(yùn)用層次分析法和相應(yīng)的問(wèn)卷數(shù)據(jù),建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,同時(shí)對(duì)指標(biāo)權(quán)重進(jìn)行賦值,最終構(gòu)建了體育學(xué)碩士研究生教育質(zhì)量社會(huì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。
[Abstract]:Quality is the life of graduate education and a fundamental guarantee for the sustainable development of graduate education. It is necessary to establish a corresponding educational quality evaluation system to evaluate the quality of graduate education. At present, the quality evaluation system of graduate education in China is mainly concentrated in the government, schools and some social evaluation institutions. Most of the evaluation indexes focus on teaching staff, school hardware, specialty setting, teaching reform, teaching management and so on. The evaluation of the quality of graduate education should not only include the evaluation of government schools, but also include the evaluation from employers and the public, so that it can form a three-dimensional evaluation network, which can promote its strengths and circumvent its weaknesses, and give full play to the role of various forms of evaluation. In order to improve the quality of graduate education. By using the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and Tefer's method, this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of the social evaluation index of the education quality of the postgraduates of physical education in China. According to the results of the investigation, the influence weight of each factor on the target was calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the social evaluation index system of the education quality of the postgraduates in physical education was constructed. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows 1, must have the real sense social appraisal intermediary organization. At present, the purpose of the quality evaluation of graduate education in China is to serve the government departments and meet the needs of the government, so the evaluation results are single and can not meet the needs of the society. In order to achieve the ideal social evaluation, we must have a real social evaluation intermediary. 2. The definition of social evaluation of education quality of postgraduates in physical education is defined. The social evaluation of the education quality of the postgraduates of physical education is the measurement and evaluation of the degree of adaptation to the needs of the society by different evaluation subjects (this article refers to the employing unit, the graduates themselves and the public). 3. It is concluded that there are more commonness and less individuality between the social evaluation indexes of the education quality of the postgraduates of physical education in our country and the evaluation indexes of other disciplines at present. 4. The concrete indexes of social evaluation of education quality of postgraduates in physical education are designed, including 3 first-grade indexes, 9 second-class indexes and 33 third-class indexes. 5. Establish the social evaluation index system of education quality for postgraduates of physical education. By using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the corresponding questionnaire data, the mathematical model was established, and the index weight was assigned. Finally, the social evaluation index system of the education quality of the postgraduates in physical education was constructed.
