論思想政治教育專業(yè)研究生職業(yè)品格培育

【摘要】:隨著社會經濟發(fā)展對人才要求的提高,高校學生職業(yè)品格的培養(yǎng)問題,已成為當前高等教育中的突出問題之一。為進一步促進思政專業(yè)研究生職業(yè)品格培育的發(fā)展,筆者在整理分析前人職業(yè)品格教育研究的基礎上,依據馬克思主義人的全面發(fā)展理論,思想政治教育雙主體互動論及黨和國家歷代領導人對思政工作者的職業(yè)品格要求,借鑒職業(yè)品格教育的相關理論,通過對湖南省三所有代表性高校的思想政治教育專業(yè)研究生進行問卷調查與訪談,對思政專業(yè)研究生職業(yè)品格培育展開進一步研究。 通過調查分析,文章指出當前思政專業(yè)研究生職業(yè)品格培育存在的主要問題:首先,學科建設中,針對研究生職業(yè)品格培育存在盲區(qū);其次,高校對思政專業(yè)研究生職業(yè)品格培育的重視程度不足,教育觀念落后;再次,研究生自身對職業(yè)品格的認識尚淺,行動力不足。繼而,文章進一步提出推進思政研究生職業(yè)品格培育的四種途徑:注重課堂理論教育,打造優(yōu)秀師資隊伍;更新品格教育觀念,加強校園文化建設;利用思政專業(yè)優(yōu)勢,打造“第三課堂”,開展團體心理輔導,運用合作學習策略;加強研究生自我教育與養(yǎng)成教育。 文章旨在通過分析思政研究生職業(yè)品格培育的現(xiàn)狀與存在問題,探索推動思政研究生職業(yè)品格培育的路徑,從而提高思政研究生職業(yè)品格培育的實效性,推動思政研究生的職業(yè)生涯的發(fā)展,加強思想政治工作隊伍的建設,促進社會主義和諧社會的建設。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the cultivation of college students' professional character has become one of the outstanding problems in higher education. In order to further promote the development of professional character cultivation for postgraduates majoring in ideological and political affairs, the author, on the basis of sorting out and analyzing the previous studies of professional character education, based on the theory of the all-round development of Marxist people, The interaction between the two subjects of ideological and political education and the demands of the leaders of the Party and state on the professional character of ideological and political workers are discussed, and the relevant theories of vocational character education are used for reference. Through the questionnaire survey and interview of the postgraduates majoring in ideological and political education in the three representative universities of Hunan Province, this paper makes a further study on the cultivation of the professional character of the postgraduates majoring in ideological and political education. Through investigation and analysis, the paper points out the main problems in the cultivation of professional character of postgraduates majoring in ideological and political science: first, in the course of discipline construction, there are blind spots in the cultivation of postgraduates' professional character; secondly, Colleges and universities pay less attention to the cultivation of professional character of postgraduates majoring in ideological and political education, and the educational concept is backward. Thirdly, graduate students' own understanding of professional character is shallow, and the ability of action is insufficient. Then, the article further puts forward four ways to promote the cultivation of professional character of ideological and political graduate students: pay attention to classroom theoretical education, build up excellent teaching staff, renew the concept of character education, strengthen the construction of campus culture, make use of the advantages of ideological and political specialty. Create the third classroom, develop group psychological guidance, use cooperative learning strategies, and strengthen self-education and nurturance education for graduate students. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the present situation and existing problems of the cultivation of the professional character of the postgraduates, and to explore the ways to promote the cultivation of the professional character of the postgraduates, so as to improve the effectiveness of the cultivation of the professional character of the postgraduates. To promote the development of the career of ideological and political graduate students, to strengthen the construction of ideological and political work team, to promote the construction of a harmonious socialist society.
