河北省大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生就業(yè)難成為社會(huì)普遍關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題,創(chuàng)業(yè)成為大學(xué)生解決就業(yè)難問題途徑之一,近年來,,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育逐漸進(jìn)入人們的視線,政府也在加大對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的支持力度。 本文首先對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行概述,闡釋創(chuàng)業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育等概念的含義,厘清創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與創(chuàng)新教育、素質(zhì)教育間的關(guān)系,并介紹創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容和實(shí)施方式,對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵有較深了解。其次,通過文獻(xiàn)研究,整理分析我國創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀并以學(xué)校為例簡要介紹我國創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式,總結(jié)概括美國創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),并提出美國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育對(duì)中國的啟示。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過問卷研究對(duì)隨機(jī)抽取的6所高校進(jìn)行調(diào)查,利用SPSS軟件對(duì)回收數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,分析整理了河北省大學(xué)生對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的實(shí)施及保障的認(rèn)識(shí)和看法,結(jié)合教師訪談,整理概括河北省高校開展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的主要經(jīng)驗(yàn)及存在不足。最后,在前文分析整理的基礎(chǔ)上,從優(yōu)化創(chuàng)業(yè)教育目標(biāo)、構(gòu)建創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式、完善創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程、加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育實(shí)踐鍛煉和完善創(chuàng)業(yè)教育保障體系五個(gè)方面提出河北省高校開展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的具體措施和建議,以期有助于改善河北省大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀,提高大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì),為國家培養(yǎng)更多高素質(zhì)人才。
[Abstract]:The difficulty of College Students' employment has become a hot issue of social concern. Entrepreneurship has become one of the ways to solve the problem of employment. In recent years, entrepreneurship education has gradually entered the eyes of the people, and the government is also increasing the support for entrepreneurship education.
This article first summarizes the relevant theories of entrepreneurship education, interprets the meaning of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education, clarifies the relationship between entrepreneurship education and innovation education and quality education, and introduces the objectives, content and implementation methods of entrepreneurship education, and has a deep understanding of the scientific connotation of entrepreneurship education. Secondly, through literature research, it collate and analyze our country. The present situation of entrepreneurship education is introduced and the model of entrepreneurship education in China is briefly introduced. The advanced experience of American entrepreneurship education is summarized and the enlightenment to China is put forward in the United States. On this basis, 6 colleges and universities are investigated by questionnaire, and the data are processed and analyzed by using SPSS software. This paper collated the knowledge and views of college students in Hebei Province on entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education, the implementation and guarantee of entrepreneurship education, combined with teachers' interviews, collated and summarized the main experiences and shortcomings of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities in Hebei province. Finally, on the basis of the previous analysis and arrangement, the goal of entrepreneurship education was optimized and the model of entrepreneurship education was constructed and the innovation was perfect. The five aspects of the vocational education curriculum, strengthening the practice of entrepreneurship education and improving the guarantee system of entrepreneurship education are put forward in the five aspects of the concrete measures and suggestions for the development of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities in Hebei Province, in order to help improve the present situation of College Students' Entrepreneurship Education in Hebei Province, improve the quality of College Students' Entrepreneurship and cultivate more high-quality talents for the country.
