常春藤盟校工程科技人才創(chuàng)業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)模式探究

【摘要】:工程科技人才創(chuàng)業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)已經(jīng)成為美國高等工程教育的焦點之一。借助于雄厚的綜合實力特別是跨學科培養(yǎng)的優(yōu)勢,常春藤盟校創(chuàng)業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)計劃旨在培養(yǎng)新一代工程創(chuàng)業(yè)者和領導者。通過分析常春藤盟校工程科技人才創(chuàng)業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)計劃的培養(yǎng)愿景、主要特征和實施的保障條件,本文認為,我國綜合性大學開展類似人才培養(yǎng)計劃應該從創(chuàng)業(yè)教育氛圍、培養(yǎng)模式、教學方法、師資、產(chǎn)業(yè)界支持等方面努力。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of entrepreneurial ability of engineering talents has become one of the focal points of American higher engineering education. With the help of strong comprehensive strength, especially the advantage of interdisciplinary training, Ivy League School Entrepreneurship training Program aims to cultivate a new generation of engineering entrepreneurs and leaders. Based on the analysis of the cultivation vision, main characteristics and the guarantee conditions of the training plan for engineering science and technology talents in Ivy League universities, this paper holds that the development of similar talents training programs in Chinese comprehensive universities should be carried out from the atmosphere of entrepreneurship education. Training model, teaching methods, teachers, industry support and other aspects of efforts.
