【摘要】：構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)是我們黨和國(guó)家的奮斗目標(biāo)。目前，我國(guó)正處于構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，這就要求加快推進(jìn)以改善民生為重點(diǎn)的社會(huì)建設(shè)。而就業(yè)是民生之本，重中之重。但是，近年來(lái)，包括大學(xué)生在內(nèi)的我國(guó)整體就業(yè)形勢(shì)十分嚴(yán)峻，尤其大學(xué)生作為受過(guò)高等教育的特殊群體，其就業(yè)問(wèn)題更加備受社會(huì)關(guān)注。因此，以正在構(gòu)建中的和諧社會(huì)為背景依托，對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入系統(tǒng)的探討和研究，具有十分重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。 本文以和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)為背景、以大學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象，以就業(yè)問(wèn)題為研究?jī)?nèi)容，綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)法、比較研究法等方法對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)的相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了論述。 論文具體分為四大部分。第一部分是緒論，主要闡述了課題的來(lái)源，梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題的研究現(xiàn)狀，明確了論文的研究思路；第二部分主要對(duì)論文涉及到的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了探討和研究。這一部分對(duì)和諧、和諧社會(huì)、大學(xué)生就業(yè)等相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定，對(duì)和諧社會(huì)與大學(xué)生就業(yè)二者之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了探討，對(duì)大學(xué)生的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析；第三部分，主要對(duì)目前大學(xué)生就業(yè)存在的主要問(wèn)題及其原因進(jìn)行了分析。論文在提出問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上，重點(diǎn)從國(guó)家整體就業(yè)形勢(shì)、就業(yè)市場(chǎng)不完善、高校改革不徹底、大學(xué)生個(gè)人素質(zhì)不高等四個(gè)方面對(duì)其原因進(jìn)行追溯分析；第四部分，針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題和原因，，論文有針對(duì)性地從國(guó)家宏觀調(diào)控、完善就業(yè)市場(chǎng)、深化高等教育改革、提高個(gè)人素質(zhì)等四個(gè)方面探討了解決大學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題的有效措施。重點(diǎn)部分是第三部分和第四部分。 經(jīng)過(guò)分析和研究，本論文的結(jié)論是：只有國(guó)家、高校、社會(huì)以及大學(xué)生個(gè)人共同努力，相互協(xié)調(diào)，形成和諧的就業(yè)環(huán)境，才能真正解決大學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題，才能促進(jìn)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Building a harmonious socialist society is the goal of our party and country. At present, our country is in the key period of building a harmonious socialist society, which requires speeding up the social construction focusing on improving the people's livelihood. Employment is the basis of people's livelihood, the top priority. However, in recent years, the overall employment situation of our country, including college students, is very severe. Especially, as a special group with higher education, the employment problem of college students is paid more attention by the society. Therefore, based on the background of a harmonious society under construction, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore and study the employment problem of college students in depth and systematically. This article takes the harmonious society construction as the background, takes the university student as the research object, regarding the employment question as the research content, synthetically uses the literature material method, the experience summary method, the comparative research method and so on the method has carried on the discussion to the university student employment related question. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly elaborated the source of the subject, combed the domestic and foreign academic circles to the university student employment question research present situation, has clarified the thesis research mentality; The second part mainly discusses and studies the related basic theory problems involved in the thesis. This part defines the concepts of harmony, harmonious society and employment of college students, discusses the relationship between harmonious society and employment of college students, and analyzes the present situation of employment of college students. This paper mainly analyzes the main problems existing in the employment of college students and their causes. On the basis of putting forward the questions, the paper analyzes the reasons from four aspects: the overall employment situation of the country, the imperfect employment market, the incomplete reform of colleges and universities, and the low personal quality of college students. In view of the above problems and reasons, the paper probes into the effective measures to solve the employment problem of college students from four aspects: national macro-control, perfecting the employment market, deepening the reform of higher education, and improving the personal quality. The key part is the third part and the fourth part. After analysis and research, the conclusion of this paper is: only the country, universities, society and individual students work together, coordinate with each other, form a harmonious employment environment, can truly solve the employment problem of college students. In order to promote the construction of a harmonious socialist society.
