【摘要】：高校校園文化建設(shè)隨著高校的產(chǎn)生而產(chǎn)生，隨著高校的發(fā)展而發(fā)展，在國家大力倡導(dǎo)精神文明建設(shè)的時(shí)代背景下，校園文化建設(shè)日益引起各個(gè)高校的重視，并成為影響學(xué)校發(fā)展前景和綜合競爭力的軟實(shí)力。 我國高校承擔(dān)著為中國特色的社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)培養(yǎng)建設(shè)者和接班人的重要使命，高校的可持續(xù)發(fā)展離不開高校校園文化的支撐。高校校園文化是中國先進(jìn)文化的重要組成部分，對文化建設(shè)起著引領(lǐng)與示范的作用。高校校園文化具有強(qiáng)大的功能和作用，對校園文化功能的認(rèn)識反映了人們對校園文化的價(jià)值和意義的理解，并激勵著人們持續(xù)開發(fā)它的積極性。 隨著我國高等教育的深入發(fā)展和國家經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的增強(qiáng)，高校校園文化建設(shè)取得了初步的成效：高校校園文化環(huán)境日益美化，文化活動豐富多彩，文化載體得以興建，文化工作逐步完善，高校校園文化研究日趨成熟。但是由于許多高校沒有把校園文化建設(shè)提高到學(xué)校內(nèi)在的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略高度，再加上高等教育體制改革轉(zhuǎn)型對校園文化帶來的沖擊、經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和文化多元對校園文化帶來的挑戰(zhàn)以及信息化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的負(fù)面影響，導(dǎo)致當(dāng)前高校校園文化建設(shè)還存在著許多問題。諸如：校園文化建設(shè)中心不甚明確、重心不夠突出，沒有形成校園文化建設(shè)的合力，建設(shè)缺乏特色、創(chuàng)新和文化傳承明顯不足，價(jià)值多元沖突嚴(yán)重，網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展隱患存在。這些問題的存在阻礙了高校校園文化建設(shè)的步伐。 針對高校校園文化建設(shè)中存在的問題，使得打造具有中國特色的高校校園文化更加緊迫。中國特色的高校校園文化建設(shè)是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程，其理論基礎(chǔ)在于：以馬克思主義關(guān)于人的自由和全面發(fā)展思想為指導(dǎo)，，傳承中國近代大學(xué)的神圣使命，批判繼承中國古代的傳統(tǒng)道德教育思想以及西方學(xué)者的相關(guān)學(xué)說；其基本內(nèi)容在于：以社會主義核心價(jià)值體系為指引、以打造與創(chuàng)新高校育人環(huán)境為目的、以高校的顯性與隱性思想政治教育為主要內(nèi)容、以傳承與創(chuàng)新文化為最終目的并借鑒外國名校校園文化建設(shè)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)；其切入點(diǎn)在于：從校園物質(zhì)文化建設(shè)、精神文化建設(shè)、行為文化建設(shè)和制度文化建設(shè)等方面入手，有針對性地制定具有中國特色的高校校園文化建設(shè)的基本思路與對策，從而全面實(shí)現(xiàn)校園文化環(huán)境育人、精神育人、導(dǎo)向育人和管理育人的基本功能。

The sustainable development of colleges and universities can not be separated from the support of campus culture. University campus culture is an important part of China's advanced culture, which plays a leading and exemplary role in cultural construction. It has powerful functions and functions, and the understanding of campus cultural function reflects people's understanding of the value and significance of campus culture, and encourages people to develop its enthusiasm continuously.
With the development of higher education in China and the strengthening of national economic strength, the construction of campus culture has achieved preliminary results: the campus cultural environment is becoming more and more beautiful, cultural activities are rich and colorful, the cultural carrier is built, cultural work is gradually perfected, and the study of campus culture is mature day by day. With the development of campus culture to the inner development strategy of the school, and the impact of the reform and transformation of the higher education system on the campus culture, the challenges brought by the economic globalization and cultural pluralism on the campus culture, and the negative effects of information, network and market economy, lead to the construction of campus culture at present. There are still many problems, such as: the center of campus culture construction is not clear, the center of gravity is not prominent enough, there is no resultant force of the construction of campus culture, the construction is lack of characteristic, the innovation and cultural inheritance are obviously insufficient, the conflict of value is serious, and the hidden danger of the network development exists. The existence of these questions hinders the pace of the construction of campus culture.
In view of the problems existing in the construction of campus culture in Colleges and universities, it is more urgent to create a campus culture with Chinese characteristics. The construction of campus culture with Chinese characteristics is a systematic project. The theoretical foundation is based on the guidance of Marx's ideas about human freedom and overall development and the inheritance of the holiness of modern Chinese universities. The mission is to criticize and inherit the ancient Chinese traditional moral education ideas and the related theories of western scholars. The basic contents are as follows: Taking the socialist core value system as the guide, aiming at creating and innovating the education environment for colleges and universities, taking the dominant and recessive ideological and political education as the main content, and taking the inheritance and innovation culture as the most important. The final aim is to draw lessons from the successful experience of the construction of the campus culture of foreign famous schools. The breakthrough point is to formulate the basic ideas and Countermeasures of the construction of campus culture with Chinese characteristics from the aspects of the construction of material culture, spiritual and cultural construction, behavior culture construction and system culture construction, so as to achieve the overall realization of the campus culture construction with Chinese characteristics. The basic function of campus culture and environment is to educate people, to educate people in spirit, to educate people and to educate people.
