【摘要】：“國以才立,政以才治,業(yè)以才興”,人才是國家興盛的基礎,而素質又是人才的根本。當今大學生是發(fā)展我國社會主義事業(yè)、進行社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設的建設者和接班人,其素質的高低是我國綜合國力強弱的重要表現(xiàn),是國家經濟和社會發(fā)展的重要基礎。素質教育是以全面提高全體學生的基本素質為根本目的的教育,當前,帶有素質教育取向的教育改革在教育的各個階段深入開展,但是,在我國高等教育階段,素質教育的理念尚未深入與普及到教育、教學與管理等所有領域之中。 本文敘述素質教育的產生和發(fā)展,在對學術界關于“素質”研究的基礎上,界定素質教育的涵義；同時,將素質教育與博雅教育、通識教育、全面教育進行比較；從社會對人才需求以及大學生就業(yè)的視角分析當前我國大學生素質教育存在的問題,提出就業(yè)競爭力的概念；最后,針對大學生素質教育存在的問題,提出解決的方法和途徑 通過本文的研究揭示了教育的本質就是素質教育,拓展和豐富了素質教育的理論,更加深入研究教育學理論,為大學生素質教育的研究提供更多的資料。另外,揭示了大學生素質教育與就業(yè)之間的聯(lián)系,尋找到從就業(yè)角度看大學生素質教育存在問題,提出解決的方法和途徑。有利于高校培養(yǎng)出更多高素質人才,促進大學生與社會工作者之間的平滑鏈接,緩解就業(yè)壓力。
[Abstract]:Talent is the foundation of national prosperity, and quality is the foundation of talent. Nowadays, college students are the builders and successors for the development of our socialist cause and socialist modernization. The quality of college students is an important expression of the strength of our country's comprehensive national strength and an important basis for the development of our country's economy and society. Quality-oriented education is aimed at improving the basic quality of all students in an all-round way. At present, the educational reform with the orientation of quality-oriented education is carried out in every stage of education, but in the stage of higher education in our country, The concept of quality education has not been popularized in all fields, such as education, teaching and management. This paper describes the emergence and development of quality-oriented education, defines the meaning of quality-oriented education on the basis of the research on "quality" in academic circles, and compares quality education with liberal education, general education and comprehensive education. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the quality education of college students in our country from the point of view of the society's demand for talents and the employment of college students, and puts forward the concept of employment competitiveness. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the quality education of college students, the methods and ways to solve them are put forward. Through the research in this paper, the author reveals that the essence of education is quality education, expands and enriches the theory of quality education, studies the theory of pedagogy more deeply, and provides more information for the study of quality education of college students. In addition, this paper reveals the relationship between quality education and employment of college students, finds out the problems existing in quality education of college students from the angle of employment, and puts forward the ways and means to solve it. It is helpful for colleges and universities to cultivate more high-quality talents, to promote the smooth link between college students and social workers, and to ease the pressure of employment.
