【摘要】：黨和國家非常重視大學(xué)生的思想政治教育,2004年8月,中共中央、國務(wù)院正式下發(fā)了《關(guān)于進一步加強和改進大學(xué)生思想政治教育的意見》(即中央16號文件),這是新時期加強和改進大學(xué)生思想政治教育的綱領(lǐng)性文件,中共中央宣傳部、教育部等之后又下發(fā)了一系列貫徹落實它的配套文件,這些文件的相繼出臺說明黨和國家已經(jīng)把大學(xué)生思想政治教育提升到國家戰(zhàn)略層面上來。作為高等教育的新生事物,獨立學(xué)院正在快速成長,其思想政治教育不容忽視。而且,由于獨立學(xué)院有別于公辦高校的特殊的辦學(xué)機制,再加上外部環(huán)境、生源特點、發(fā)展階段等多方面因素的影響,其思想政治教育面對的形勢更為復(fù)雜。運用傳統(tǒng)的思想政治教育模式不能夠滿足時下獨立學(xué)院思想政治教育的實際需要,注重思想政治教育生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè),從系統(tǒng)的角度出發(fā)充分發(fā)揮社會中一切與獨立學(xué)院思想政治教育利益相關(guān)的人或群體的思想政治教育的“顯性職能”或“隱性職能’強化思想政治教育實施過程中的信息傳輸,將思想政治教育生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)與思想政治教育信息生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)有機結(jié)合,多方協(xié)同,形成合力,共同致力于提高思想政治教育的成效乃是大勢所趨�；诖�,對獨立學(xué)院思想政治教育生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)加以研究具有一定現(xiàn)實意義和理論價值。 本研究以文獻研究為主,在分析獨立學(xué)院思想政治教育生態(tài)環(huán)境的現(xiàn)狀及存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當前獨立學(xué)院發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實情況,運用相關(guān)理論對獨立學(xué)院思想政治教育生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)進行探討,提出了相應(yīng)的對策和建議,對獨立學(xué)院提升思想政治教育成效具有一定的啟示和參考作用。 第一部分為緒論,首先強調(diào)黨和國家對大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的重視。其次,通過現(xiàn)有院校數(shù)量、在校生人數(shù)兩方面的官方統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)將普通高等院校和獨立學(xué)院進行對比,展現(xiàn)獨立學(xué)院在我國高等教育中的重要作用。第三,通過歸納概括獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生的總體特點,突出獨立學(xué)院思想政治教育面臨的挑戰(zhàn)及重要意義。第四,運用馬克思“人創(chuàng)造環(huán)境,同樣,環(huán)境也創(chuàng)造人”的觀點探討整體環(huán)境建設(shè)對思想政治教育的作用并簡析思想政治教育的生態(tài)性,強調(diào)開展思想政治教育實踐活動應(yīng)加強思想政治教育生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)。第五,歸納分析國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,提出本文研究的思路、內(nèi)容及研究意義。 第二部分主要闡明了本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。首先界定了文章中涉及的獨立學(xué)院、思想政治教育生態(tài)環(huán)境、獨立學(xué)院思想政治教育生態(tài)環(huán)境三個核心概念,重點分析了獨立學(xué)院思想政治教育生態(tài)環(huán)境的構(gòu)成要素及其相互關(guān)系,并對社會及其諸要素的關(guān)系作了探討。其次簡要介紹了教育生態(tài)學(xué)、利益相關(guān)者、信息生態(tài)學(xué)、建構(gòu)主義教育思想四種理論,并對四理論應(yīng)用于思想政治教育的有效性和必要性進行了分析。 第三部分主要介紹了獨立學(xué)院思想政治教育生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀、存在的主要問題及成因。目前獨立學(xué)院基本實現(xiàn)校區(qū)獨立,思想政治教育活動順利開展,黨團社團組織活動成效顯著,在思想政治教育微觀環(huán)境建設(shè)方面進展順利。但在思想政治教育生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)方面還存在系統(tǒng)性不強、信息生態(tài)環(huán)境意識缺乏、校園文化體系不完善、教學(xué)模式缺少針對性、對教師的思想政治教育關(guān)注不足、未重視專業(yè)課中的思想政治教育“滲透”、家庭教育的迷失和扭曲、社會認同度低等問題,同時簡要分析了上述問題的成因,主要在于獨立學(xué)院仍處于成長期,軟件建設(shè)尚有待時日,而且作為新生事物缺少成熟的指導(dǎo)方案加以借鑒。 第四部分主要針對獨立學(xué)院思想政治教育生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)存在的主要問題探討相應(yīng)的對策和建議。首先要確立兩種理念,包括從系統(tǒng)角度出發(fā)定義環(huán)境大框架、強化信息生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)理念。其次要加強思想政治教育主體及自身環(huán)境建設(shè),包括以和諧校園為抓手推進校園文化建設(shè)、改進獨立學(xué)院思想政治理論課教學(xué)模式、重視課堂教學(xué)中教書與育人的互相促進。第三要注重家庭的配合。主要突出強調(diào)家庭對教育對象的素質(zhì)養(yǎng)成影響。第四要注重傳媒環(huán)境的凈化。主要強調(diào)增強傳媒社會責(zé)任,確保正確輿論導(dǎo)向。第五要突出受教育者的主體性。主要在于促成受教育者思想政治教育的內(nèi)化。本部分研究的主旨在于以局部生態(tài)環(huán)境的優(yōu)化來促進獨立學(xué)院思想政治教育生態(tài)環(huán)境整體的優(yōu)化,彰顯思想政治教育過程中的信息傳遞實質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:In August 2004 , the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued a series of ideas about further strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students . Based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the independent college ' s ideological and political education ecological environment , the paper discusses the ecological environment construction of the ideological and political education of the independent college based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the independent college ' s ideological and political education ecological environment . The first part is the introduction , first emphasizes the importance of the party and the state to the ideological and political education of the college students . Secondly , by summing up the general characteristics of the students of the independent college , this paper discusses the role of the independent college in the higher education of our country .

The second part mainly expounds the theoretical foundation of this paper . Firstly , we define the three core concepts of the independent college , the ideological and political education ecological environment and the independent college ' s ideological and political education ecological environment .

The third part mainly introduces the present situation and main problems and causes of the construction of ecological environment of ideological and political education of the independent college . At present , the independent college basically realizes the independence of school district , the ideological and political education activities are carried out smoothly , the organization of the party group is not perfect , the teaching mode lacks pertinence , the education of the ideological and political education of the teachers is not perfect , the social identity is low and so on .

The fourth part mainly focuses on the main problems existing in the construction of ecological environment in the ideological and political education of the independent college , and puts forward two ideas , including the definition of the environment big frame from the angle of the system , the strengthening of the idea of the construction of information eco - environment .
