【摘要】:社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,思想政治教育面臨復(fù)雜的社會(huì)環(huán)境,教育主體、客體、載體都發(fā)生了變化,這使大學(xué)思想政治教育機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存。在這種情況下,完全依靠顯性思想政治教育已經(jīng)達(dá)不到預(yù)期的教育目的,因此大學(xué)要十分重視和加強(qiáng)隱性思想政治教育,用它來(lái)彌補(bǔ)顯性思想政治教育的某些不足,以便能夠取得更好的教育效果。隱性思想政治教育是一種潛移默化的教育,它是顯性思想政治教育的有效補(bǔ)充方式。 本文首先對(duì)有關(guān)隱性思想政治教育的概念進(jìn)行了闡述,,分析了顯性思想政治教育和隱性思想政治教育的異同,介紹了隱性思想政治教育的特點(diǎn)和理論發(fā)展。其次對(duì)大學(xué)隱性思想政治教育的功能進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的闡述,隱性思想政治教育對(duì)大學(xué)具有建構(gòu)功能,對(duì)大學(xué)教育具有深化功能,對(duì)人格具有塑造功能。再次對(duì)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期我國(guó)大學(xué)隱性思想政治教育所面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了分析,當(dāng)下的社會(huì)環(huán)境對(duì)隱性思想政治教育發(fā)出了呼喚。同時(shí)隱性思想政治教育也出現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,即隱性思想政治教育認(rèn)識(shí)的不足、條件的欠缺及地位的缺失,導(dǎo)致大學(xué)沒有充分重視隱性思想政治教育。最后對(duì)大學(xué)隱性思想政治教育的實(shí)施途徑進(jìn)行了探析。大學(xué)隱性思想政治教育資源豐富,其主要包括物質(zhì)形態(tài)、制度形態(tài)、精神形態(tài)和虛擬形態(tài)的隱性思想政治教育。大學(xué)主要通過(guò)這四種形態(tài)對(duì)大學(xué)生實(shí)施隱性思想政治教育,從而達(dá)到很好的教育效果。 本文運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、對(duì)比分析法和綜合研究法等多種方法。通過(guò)對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期大學(xué)隱性思想政治教育的研究,闡明隱性思想政治教育在大學(xué)教育中的重要作用,促使大學(xué)重視并發(fā)展隱性思想政治教育。
[Abstract]:In the period of social transformation, ideological and political education is confronted with complicated social environment, subject, object and carrier of education, which makes the opportunity and challenge of ideological and political education coexist. Under such circumstances, relying entirely on explicit ideological and political education has failed to achieve the desired educational purpose. Therefore, universities should attach great importance to and strengthen recessive ideological and political education and use it to make up for some deficiencies in overt ideological and political education. In order to achieve better educational results. Recessive ideological and political education is a kind of imperceptible education, which is an effective supplementary way of explicit ideological and political education. This paper first expounds the concept of recessive ideological and political education, analyzes the similarities and differences between explicit ideological and political education and recessive ideological and political education, and introduces the characteristics and theoretical development of recessive ideological and political education. Secondly, the function of the hidden ideological and political education in universities is expounded in detail. The implicit ideological and political education has the function of constructing, deepening and shaping the personality of the university. This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the hidden ideological and political education in universities in the period of social transformation, and the current social environment calls for the recessive ideological and political education. At the same time, the hidden ideological and political education has also appeared practical problems, that is, the lack of understanding of the implicit ideological and political education, the lack of conditions and the lack of status, resulting in the university has not fully attached importance to the hidden ideological and political education. Finally, the implementation of the hidden ideological and political education in universities is analyzed. The recessive ideological and political education in universities is rich in resources, which mainly includes material form, institutional form, spiritual form and virtual form of recessive ideological and political education. Through these four forms, universities carry out implicit ideological and political education for college students, so as to achieve a good educational effect. In this paper, literature research method, comparative analysis method and comprehensive research method are used. By studying the recessive ideological and political education in universities in the transitional period, this paper clarifies the important role of the recessive ideological and political education in the university education, and urges the universities to attach importance to and develop the recessive ideological and political education.
