試論思想政治教育工作者的思維創(chuàng)新

【摘要】:思想政治教育是社會或社會群體用一定的思想觀念、政治觀點與道德規(guī)范等,對社會全體成員有目的、有計劃和有組織的施加影響,以促成社會全體成員有效形成符合特定社會所要求和期望的思想道德品質(zhì)的社會實踐活動及其工作,思想政治教育工作者則是該工作的主體。新的時代對思想政治教育工作者提出了越來越高的要求,而其中的關(guān)鍵因素與前提條件是要求他們創(chuàng)新思維品質(zhì)。本文對此進行探討。 本課題研究目的明確、清晰。即基于思維創(chuàng)新的相關(guān)研究成果而完整系統(tǒng)地研究思想政治教育工作者及其思維創(chuàng)新,包括解讀其基本概念,關(guān)注其思維創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀,解析其思維創(chuàng)新的問題及其原因,以爭取明確闡釋其思維創(chuàng)新的理論并力圖獲得有用的結(jié)論,及其能夠為現(xiàn)實的思想政治教育工作者的思維創(chuàng)新提供有益參考與有效指導(dǎo)。本課題研究因此既具有緊迫的現(xiàn)實意義、深刻的重要意義與系統(tǒng)的理論意義。 本課題研究總體構(gòu)架是在前置緒論與后置結(jié)語兩個內(nèi)容的總攬之中,主要討論以下三大部分內(nèi)容。首先,解讀相關(guān)概念,包括概述有關(guān)思維創(chuàng)新的研究成果并加以分析,解讀思想政治教育、思想政治教育管理及思想政治教育工作者的基本概念及其豐富內(nèi)涵,研究思想政治教育工作者思維創(chuàng)新概念,闡述其科學內(nèi)涵、本質(zhì)特征及相關(guān)的基本結(jié)論。其次,剖析基本現(xiàn)狀,包括總結(jié)概括思想政治教育工作者思維創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)實情況并肯定其基本成績與明確優(yōu)勢,聯(lián)系實際而重點確證思想政治教育工作者思維創(chuàng)新在認識、方式、能力與社會等方面存在的問題、不足與困難,詳盡研討思如上問題產(chǎn)生的原因。最后,建議實踐對策,包括針對思想政治教育工作者思維創(chuàng)新主題,界定其基本原則,討論其主要內(nèi)容,在理論研究、實踐操作、主體建設(shè)和環(huán)境建設(shè)等方面提出相應(yīng)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is a social or social group with certain ideas, political views and moral standards, for all members of the society, with a purpose, a planned and organized influence to promote the social practice and work of all members of the society to form a social practice and work that conforms to the requirements and expectations of a particular society. The political educators are the main body of the work. The new era has put forward more and more high demands on the ideological and political educators, and the key factors and prerequisites are to require them to innovate the quality of thinking.
The purpose of this study is clear and clear. That is, based on the related research results of thinking innovation, it is a complete and systematic study of Ideological and political education workers and their thinking innovation, including reading their basic concepts, paying attention to the current situation of thinking innovation, analyzing the problems and causes of thinking innovation, in order to clarify the theory of thinking innovation. This paper obtains useful conclusions and can provide useful reference and effective guidance for ideological and political education workers' thinking innovation. Therefore, this study is of urgent practical significance, profound significance and systematic theoretical significance.
The overall framework of this study is in the two contents of the preface introduction and postposition conclusion, mainly discussing the following three parts. First, the interpretation of relevant concepts, including an overview of the research results of thinking innovation and analysis, interpretation of Ideological and political education, ideological and political education management and ideological and Political Education workers basis. This concept and its rich connotation, research Ideological and political education workers' concept of thinking innovation, expound its scientific connotation, essential features and related basic conclusions. Secondly, analyze the basic situation, including summarizing and summarizing the realistic situation of Ideological and political education workers' thinking innovation, and setting up their basic achievements and clear advantages, connecting with the practical and key points. It proves that the ideological and political educators' thinking innovation exists in the aspects of cognition, mode, ability and society, and discusses the reasons for the problems arising from the above problems. Finally, it suggests practical countermeasures, including the main problems of thinking innovation for ideological and political educators, define their basic principles, discuss their main contents and theory. Research, practical operation, main body construction and environmental construction and other aspects put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
