大學生的職業(yè)自我效能感對職業(yè)價值觀的影響研究

【摘要】:對于大學生來說,畢業(yè)后的職業(yè)選擇是個非常重要和關(guān)鍵的決定。影響大學生的職業(yè)選擇的因素有很多,影響職業(yè)選擇的客觀因素在研究上很難把控,但是可以變相的通過研究人的心理活動,控制人在選擇職業(yè)時的主觀心理因素,其中心理學家和職業(yè)心理指導(dǎo)人員關(guān)注的重點之一就是職業(yè)價值觀。但是在國內(nèi)外很多研究中發(fā)現(xiàn),人們并非完全按照自己的職業(yè)價值觀來擇業(yè),選擇的過程中還存在一個重要因素——自我效能感,很多有關(guān)社會認知職業(yè)理論的研究中都涉及到自我效能感,本文基于較為成熟的社會認知職業(yè)理論的延伸,研究職業(yè)自我效能感與職業(yè)價值觀這兩個變量之間的關(guān)系,為大學生的職業(yè)選擇上提出一些合理化建議和指導(dǎo)。 本論文主要分為緒論、文獻綜述、研究設(shè)計、實證研究分析、結(jié)果和建議五個部分。緒論部分主要闡明本論文選題的背景,分析大學生對自己的職業(yè)價值觀和效能感的一個正確的了解和認識對今后的職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展的重要性,提出要研究的問題,點明本研究的意義及研究方法。文獻綜述部分主要對研究中涉及到的社會認知職業(yè)理論、職業(yè)自我效能感和職業(yè)價值觀的研究進行回顧和總結(jié),討論了它們的基本概念,對相關(guān)理論和模型進行了較為系統(tǒng)的歸納整理。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文探求了以往研究的不足和缺陷,為本研究提供參考和借鑒,進而提出研究模型和研究假設(shè)。研究設(shè)計部分介紹了研究構(gòu)思、研究對象的情況、研究問題和程序,并介紹了本次研究中用到的調(diào)查問卷體系。數(shù)據(jù)分析部分運用SPSS16.0for windows統(tǒng)計軟件對職業(yè)自我效能感和職業(yè)價值觀的問卷進行信度和效度分析,并對樣本情況進行簡要介紹,探討樣本的個人屬性對職業(yè)自我效能感和職業(yè)價值觀的影響,研究各變量之間的關(guān)系,對模型中提出的假設(shè)進行驗證,得出統(tǒng)計結(jié)論。實證結(jié)果討論部分對研究結(jié)果進行了探討,總結(jié)得出論文的主要結(jié)論,分析研究中的一些不足之處,同時對未來的研究給出一些建議。 在實證研究中,本文選取了西南財經(jīng)大學、四川大學、四川音樂學院、四川師范大學、西南民族大學五所高校的大學生為研究對象,發(fā)放問卷共230份,最終確認有效問卷180份,經(jīng)過對問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進行驗證性因素分析、差異性分析、相關(guān)分析和多元線性回歸分析,我們得出如下研究結(jié)論: 1、用因子分析探索出了職業(yè)自我效能感和職業(yè)價值觀的結(jié)構(gòu):職業(yè)自我效能感的維度參照的是李亞真的大學生生涯自我效能量表,該量表共有15道題,本研究通過因子分析剔除了兩個相關(guān)性較小的題項,最終問卷確定了13個題項,共闡釋四個維度:信心程度、難度知覺、克服阻礙和結(jié)果預(yù)期。職業(yè)價值觀參考的是1999年凌文輇等人修訂"Holland式中國職業(yè)興趣量表”得來的量表,包括三個維度:聲望因素、保健因素和發(fā)展因素,共22個題項。 2、大學生的個人屬性對職業(yè)自我效能感和職業(yè)價值觀存在一定的影響,本研究得出:性別因素對大學生的職業(yè)自我效能感和職業(yè)價值觀的個別維度造成顯著差異。在職業(yè)自我效能感的各因素中,男生在信心程度上明顯高于女生。在職業(yè)價值觀的各因素中男生的聲望因素和發(fā)展因素的平均值高于女生,而在保健因素上女生的平均值高于男生。城市的學生的信心程度要高于農(nóng)村的學生,農(nóng)村學生克服阻礙的能力要明顯高于城市的學生。 3、本研究通過對樣本數(shù)據(jù)的相關(guān)分析和回歸分析,得出以下結(jié)論:大學生的職業(yè)自我效能感和職業(yè)價值觀之間存在相關(guān)關(guān)系,大學生的職業(yè)自我效能感對職業(yè)價值觀有一定的影響,回歸分析進一步發(fā)現(xiàn),大學生職業(yè)自我效能感與大學生的職業(yè)價值觀之間存在一定的因果關(guān)系,大學生的職業(yè)自我效能感的各因子對大學生職業(yè)價值觀的三個因子有一定的預(yù)測作用。 本研究的貢獻主要有以下三方面: 1、構(gòu)建了職業(yè)自我效能感與職業(yè)價值觀及其各維度之間關(guān)系的研究模型。 2、利用實證分析探討了職業(yè)自我效能感與職業(yè)價值觀總體之間的關(guān)系,并證實了職業(yè)自我效能感的各維度與職業(yè)價值觀之間的正相關(guān)關(guān)系,并分析探討了個人特征變量在職業(yè)自我效能感與職業(yè)價值觀的關(guān)系中的調(diào)節(jié)作用,證明了在性別上,專業(yè)上,生源地上的差異性的假設(shè)。
[Abstract]:For college students, the career choice after graduation is a very important and key decision. There are many factors affecting the career choice of college students. The objective factors that affect the career choice are difficult to control in the study. But the subjective psychological factors can be controlled by the study of the psychological activities of the people and the subjective psychological factors of choosing a career. One of the focus of psychologists and professional psychological guides is the professional values. But in many studies at home and abroad, it is found that people do not choose their careers entirely according to their own professional values. There is an important factor in the process of choosing, the sense of self-efficacy, and many studies on the theory of social cognition. Involving the sense of self efficacy, this paper, based on the extension of a more mature theory of social cognition, studies the relationship between the two variables of professional self-efficacy and professional values, and puts forward some rationalization suggestions and guidance for the career choice of college students.
This paper is mainly divided into five parts: introduction, literature review, research design, empirical research, results and suggestions. The introduction part mainly clarifies the background of this thesis, and analyzes the importance of a correct understanding and understanding of college students on their professional values and sense of efficacy and the importance of the career development in the future. The significance and research methods of this study are pointed out. The literature review mainly reviews and summarizes the research on social cognition career theory, professional self-efficacy and professional values involved in the study, discusses their basic concepts, and systematically summarizes the related theories and models. This paper explores the shortcomings and shortcomings of previous research, provides reference and reference for this study, and then puts forward the research model and research hypothesis. The research design part introduces the research conception, the situation of the research objects, the research problems and procedures, and introduces the questionnaire system used in this study. The data analysis part uses SPSS16.0for wind. The ows statistical software analyses the reliability and validity of the questionnaire on professional self-efficacy and occupational values, and briefly introduces the sample situation, discusses the influence of the individual attributes on the professional self-efficacy and professional values, studies the relationship between the variables, and verifies the hypotheses in the model, and draws the statistical conclusions. The empirical results discussed the results of the study, summed up the main conclusions of the paper, analyzed some of the deficiencies in the study, and gave some suggestions for the future research.
In the empirical study, this article selected the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, Sichuan University, Sichuan Conservatory Of Music, Sichuan Normal University, five college students in Colleges and universities as the research object, issued a total of 230 questionnaires, and finally confirmed the valid questionnaire 180, through the confirmatory factor analysis, difference analysis and related analysis of the questionnaire survey data. And multiple linear regression analysis, we draw the following conclusions:
1, using factor analysis to explore the structure of professional self-efficacy and occupational values: the dimension of professional self-efficacy is referenced by Li Yazhen's college career self-efficacy scale. There are 15 questions in this scale. In this study, two items with smaller correlation are eliminated by factor analysis, and 13 items are determined in the final questionnaire. There are four dimensions: degree of confidence, difficulty perception, overcoming obstacles and outcome expectations. The reference of occupational values is the scale of the revised "Holland China professional interest scale" in 1999, including three dimensions: prestige, health and development, and a total of 22 items.
2, the personal attributes of college students have a certain influence on professional self-efficacy and professional values. This study shows that gender factors have significant differences in the professional self-efficacy and professional values of college students. Among the factors of professional self-efficacy, boys are obviously higher than girls in the degree of confidence. The average value of the male students' prestige and development factors is higher than that of the girls, while the average value of the girls is higher than that of the boys in the health care factors. The degree of confidence of the students in the city is higher than that of the rural students. The ability of the rural students to overcome obstacles is obviously higher than that of the urban students.
3, through the correlation analysis and regression analysis of sample data, the following conclusions are drawn: there is a correlation between the vocational self-efficacy and professional values of college students, and the professional self-efficacy of college students has a certain influence on the vocational values. There is a certain causal relationship between the occupational values of the students, and the factors of the college students' professional self-efficacy have a certain predictive effect on the three factors of the vocational values of the college students.
The main contributions of this study are the following three aspects:
1, we constructed a research model of the relationship between professional self-efficacy and professional values and their dimensions.
2, the relationship between professional self-efficacy and professional values is discussed by empirical analysis, and the positive correlation between the various dimensions of professional self-efficacy and professional values is confirmed, and the adjustment function of personal characteristic variables in the relationship between professional self-efficacy and professional values is analyzed and discussed. On the other hand, there is a difference between the students and the students in the field.
