我國(guó)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)勝任力模型的構(gòu)建與量表的開(kāi)發(fā)

【摘要】:在大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)勝任力相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)回顧和中國(guó)創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境分析的基礎(chǔ)上,,電話訪談了4省市18位創(chuàng)業(yè)成功的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者,設(shè)計(jì)出《中國(guó)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)特征核檢表》,并發(fā)放給2省市350位有創(chuàng)業(yè)意向的大學(xué)生。同時(shí)我們電話訪談4省市18名創(chuàng)業(yè)成功的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者,設(shè)計(jì)出《中國(guó)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)勝任力調(diào)查問(wèn)卷》,并發(fā)放給253名正在創(chuàng)業(yè)中的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者。本研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)是:1.在MAN等人將勝任力劃分為六個(gè)維度的基礎(chǔ)上,擴(kuò)展了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)勝任力的維度,提出來(lái)符合我們國(guó)家國(guó)情的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)維度。2.綜合運(yùn)用文本分析法、電話訪談法與專家小組法等,設(shè)計(jì)出信度較高、效度較好的《我國(guó)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)勝任力量表》。本研究構(gòu)建了我國(guó)高校學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)勝任力的模型,形成和編制了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)勝任力特征核檢表及大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)勝任力的量表。本研究的結(jié)論有以下幾點(diǎn):1.大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)勝任力模型的構(gòu)建與量表的開(kāi)發(fā),為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)之前確定自己是否適合創(chuàng)業(yè)提供了一個(gè)檢測(cè)工具.2.本量表也可以為創(chuàng)業(yè)失敗者提供一個(gè)借鑒.3.為在校的有創(chuàng)業(yè)意向大學(xué)生提供一個(gè)方向。4對(duì)大學(xué)生課程設(shè)置和教育改革有著重要的意義。
[Abstract]:On the basis of literature review of college students' entrepreneurial competence and analysis of entrepreneurial environment in China, 18 successful university entrepreneurs from 4 provinces and cities were interviewed by telephone. A checklist of entrepreneurial characteristics of Chinese college students was designed and distributed to 350 college students with entrepreneurial intention in two provinces and cities. At the same time, we interviewed 18 successful university entrepreneurs in 4 provinces and cities, designed the questionnaire of Chinese University students' Entrepreneurship competence, and distributed it to 253 university entrepreneurs who were starting their own businesses. The innovation of this study is 1: 1. On the basis of MAN's dividing competence into six dimensions, this paper expands the dimension of college students' entrepreneurial competence, and puts forward the entrepreneurial dimension of college students, which is suitable for our national conditions. By using text analysis method, telephone interview method and expert group method, the author designed the Chinese College students Entrepreneurship competency scale with high reliability and good validity. In this study, a model of entrepreneurial competence of college students in China was established, and a checklist of characteristics of entrepreneurial competence of college students and a scale of entrepreneurial competence of college students were developed. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The construction of university students' entrepreneurial competency model and the development of the scale provide a testing tool for determining whether or not they are suitable for starting a business before starting a business. This scale can also provide a reference for entrepreneurial losers. 3. Providing a direction for college students with entrepreneurial intention is of great significance to the curriculum design and educational reform of college students.
