【摘要】：高校藝術(shù)團(tuán)是大學(xué)生思想政治教育的重要載體。加強(qiáng)高校藝術(shù)團(tuán)在思想政治教育的作用,有利于大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展,有利于加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的滲透力和影響力,有利于提高大學(xué)生思想政治教育的實(shí)效性。高校藝術(shù)團(tuán)和思想政治教育具有目的一致性和滲透互補(bǔ)性。思想政治教育為高校藝術(shù)團(tuán)建設(shè)提供思想保證。高校藝術(shù)團(tuán)是思想政治教育活動的“實(shí)施者”和“受益者”,藝術(shù)團(tuán)活動是思想政治教育活動的主客體互動的方式。高校藝術(shù)團(tuán)用寓教于樂的方式,潛移默化的對學(xué)生起到導(dǎo)向和啟迪、激勵(lì)和熏陶、凝聚和輻射、傳播和創(chuàng)新等積極作用。然而由于認(rèn)識不足,藝術(shù)教師和藝術(shù)團(tuán)團(tuán)員的管理制度不完善等原因,造成了目前藝術(shù)團(tuán)資金短缺,硬件條件、師資力量不足,團(tuán)員水平差異、流動性大等問題,大大束縛了藝術(shù)團(tuán)的發(fā)展和其在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中作用的發(fā)揮。為保證高校藝術(shù)團(tuán)在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中作用的發(fā)揮,應(yīng)該從提高認(rèn)識,為藝術(shù)團(tuán)提供物質(zhì)保障,加強(qiáng)藝術(shù)團(tuán)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè),完善藝術(shù)團(tuán)管理體制,提升藝術(shù)團(tuán)活動內(nèi)涵,擴(kuò)大藝術(shù)團(tuán)影響力等方面著手努力,從而充分發(fā)揮出高校藝術(shù)團(tuán)的思想政治教育作用,開辟出新形勢下大學(xué)生思想政治教育的新途徑。參考文獻(xiàn)42篇。
[Abstract]:College Art Troupe is an important carrier of Ideological and political education for college students. Strengthening the role of College Art Troupe in Ideological and political education is conducive to the overall development of college students, is conducive to strengthening the penetration and influence of Ideological and political education of college students, and is conducive to improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students. The ideological and political education provides ideological guarantee for the construction of College Art Troupe. The art troupe is the "implementer" and "beneficiary" of the ideological and political education activities. The activities of the art group are the mode of interaction between the subject and the object of the ideological and political education activities. Because of the lack of knowledge, the imperfect management system of art teachers and group members, it causes the shortage of funds, the conditions of the hardware, the shortage of teachers, the differences in the level of the league members, the large liquidity and so on. In order to ensure the role of the College Art Troupe in Ideological and political education, we should improve the understanding, provide material guarantee for the art troupe, strengthen the construction of the art troupe, improve the management system of the art troupe, and improve the art troupe. In order to make full use of the ideological and political education role of the University Art Troupe and open up a new way for the ideological and political education of College Students under the new situation, 42 references are made.
