【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化日趨深入、科技進(jìn)步日新月異、國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的國(guó)際大背景下,黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院做出了堅(jiān)持自主創(chuàng)新、建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家的重大戰(zhàn)略決策。高校作為國(guó)家創(chuàng)新體系的重要組成部分,必須全方位更新觀念,把培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力作為教育改革的核心。高校對(duì)工科生創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng),不僅要以第一課堂為基礎(chǔ),充分發(fā)揮課堂教學(xué)的主渠道作用,將科技創(chuàng)新教育貫穿于人才培養(yǎng)的全過(guò)程；還必須重視第二課堂這一高校育人的重要渠道,主動(dòng)對(duì)接和延伸第一課堂內(nèi)容,通過(guò)開(kāi)展創(chuàng)新教育活動(dòng)、課外科技活動(dòng)、學(xué)科競(jìng)賽、校企合作等第二課堂活動(dòng),系統(tǒng)地培養(yǎng)工科大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力。本文以馬克思主義實(shí)踐觀為理論基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)對(duì)工科大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力現(xiàn)狀的分析,理清第二課堂活動(dòng)與工科大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的相互關(guān)系,從中找尋第二課堂建設(shè)在工科大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)方面存在的主要問(wèn)題,最后探索并提出在規(guī)范第二課堂建設(shè)基礎(chǔ)上,以專(zhuān)業(yè)社團(tuán)、課外科技活動(dòng)、學(xué)科競(jìng)賽、校企合作等作為培養(yǎng)學(xué)生實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新能力的第二課堂活動(dòng)平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization, the rapid development of science and technology, and the increasingly fierce international competition, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have made a major strategic decision to persist in independent innovation and to build an innovative country. As an important part of the national innovation system, colleges and universities must renew their ideas in all directions and take the cultivation of students' innovative ability as the core of educational reform. The cultivation of innovation ability of engineering students in colleges and universities should not only be based on the first classroom, give full play to the main role of classroom teaching, but also run through the whole process of talent training. We must also attach importance to the second classroom, which is an important channel for colleges and universities to educate people, actively connect and extend the content of the first class, and carry out the second classroom activities such as innovative educational activities, extracurricular scientific and technological activities, subject competitions, cooperation between schools and enterprises, etc. Systematically cultivate the innovation ability of engineering college students. Based on the Marxist view of practice, this paper analyzes the present situation of the innovation ability of engineering college students, and clarifies the relationship between the second classroom activity and the cultivation of the innovation ability of engineering college students. To find out the main problems existing in the second classroom construction in the cultivation of the innovative ability of engineering college students, and finally to explore and propose that, on the basis of standardizing the second classroom construction, professional associations, extracurricular scientific and technological activities, and discipline competitions should be adopted. School-enterprise cooperation is the second classroom activity platform to cultivate students' practical innovation ability.
